واکاوی اعتیاد به مواد مخدر و آثار آن در سطح جامعه از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)

زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد به مواد مخدر یکی از مهم‌ترین اشکال انحرافات اجتماعی و یک پدیده چند علتی است که ضرورت دارد از ابعاد و زوایای مختلفی به آن نگریسته شود؛ منویات مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)، به‌عنوان شخصیتی که اشراف کلی به امور جامعه دارند و نظرات علمی ایشان در تمام عرصه‌های مختلف، موثر می‌باشد، مرجع پژوهش قرار گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر به دنبال پاسخ گویی به این سوال است که از دیدگاه معظم له، علل گسترش اعتیاد به مواد مخدر در سطح جامعه چیست و چه آثاری دارد؟روش: این تحقیق، کیفی و از نوع توصیفی - تبیینی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، کلیه اسناد، منابع مکتوب و سخنرانی‌های معظم له از سال 1368تاکنون (1400)، موجود در سایت و نرم‌افزار حدیث ولایت به صورت تمام شمار مورد مطالعه و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به صورت اسنادی - کتابخانه‌ای و تکنیک تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها تحلیل محتوای کیفی است. شاخص ها به تایید نخبگان و خبرگان رسیده و با روش دلفی اولویت‌بندی شده است.یافته‌ها: مبتنی بر بیانات معظم له، گسترش اعتیاد در سطح جامعه از علل بیرونی (اقدامات و تبلیغات دشمنان) و درونی (نقش حکومت پهلوی، فقر و بیکاری، ضعف ایمان، سودآوری و مقابله نادرست) ناشی می‌شود و آثار آن در سطوح مختلف فردی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و امنیتی بروز می‌نماید.نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل فقر و بیکاری، سودآوری و اقدام دشمنان به ترتیب در گسترش اعتیاد بیشترین تاثیر را داشته و آثار آن بر اساس اولویت بیشتر در ابعاد اجتماعی، فردی و امنیتی نمودار می‌شود.

analyzing drug addiction and its effects at the community level from the perspective of the supreme leader

background and objective: drug addiction is one of the most important forms of social deviations and a multi-cause phenomenon that needs to be looked at from different dimensions and angles. the statements of the supreme leader, as a person who has general respect for the affairs of the society and his scientific opinions are effective in all different fields, is the reference of the research. the current research seeks to answer the following question from the perspective of him, what are the causes of the spread of drug addiction in society and what are its effects?methods: this research is qualitative and descriptive-explanatory. the studied society included all the documents, written sources and speeches of the supreme leader from 1989 until now (2021), available on the hadith velayat website and software. the data collection method was documents-library and analysis technique. data analysis was conducted using qualitative content analysis. the indicators have been approved by elites and experts and have been prioritized using the delphi method.findings: based on the statements of the supreme leader, the spread of addiction in the society comes from external causes (actions and propaganda of enemies) and internal causes (the role of the pahlavi government, poverty and unemployment, weak faith, profiteering and incorrect confrontation) and its effects arise on different levels, including personal, social, economic and security issues.results: the factors of poverty and unemployment, profitability, and the actions of enemies respectively have the greatest impact on the spread of addiction, and its effects are shown based on priority in social, personal, and security dimensions.
