تاثیر مصرف موادمخدر و روان‌گردان بر سرقت داخل خودرو(مورد مطالعه: شهر همدان)

زمینه و هدف: پلیس همواره به دنبال راهی بوده تا با شناخت عوامل اجتماعی ارتکاب به سرقت مانند اعتیاد، راهکار هدفمندی جهت مقابله با آن ارائه کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی تاثیر موادمخدر و روان‌گردان بر سرقت داخل خودرو در شهر همدان انجام پذیرفت.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر تحلیل محتوای کمی و جامعه آماری آن کلیه پرونده های سرقت خودرو ثبت شده در پلیس آگاهی استان همدان در طول سال 1399 است که براساس فراوانی محل سرقت کلاسه‌بندی شده‌اند. 80 پرونده مربوط به سرقت داخل خودرو به روش هدفمند نمونه‌گیری و سابقه اعتیاد این افراد به انواع موادمخدر و نیز سابقه سرقت (زمان و تعداد) احصا شده است. داده های حاصل به صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: اعتیاد به موادمخدر با سرقت داخل خودرو رابطه مستقیم و معناداری دارد. بدین صورت که 62.5 درصد از سارقین، سابقه اعتیاد و نگهداری موادمخدر داشتند و از این بین 81.25 درصد از آنان معتاد به هروئین هستند که بالاترین تاثیر را در ارتکاب به سرقت داخل خودرو در شهر همدان نسبت به سایر مواد مخدر به خود اختصاص داده است. اعتیاد به چند ماده، تریاک و شیشه به ترتیب در رتبه ­های بعدی عوامل تاثیرگذار قرار گرفته است.نتیجه گیری: افرادی که اعتیاد به هرویین دارند، از ارتکاب جرایم بسیار مهم مانند کلاهبرداری‌های بزرگ و سرقت‌های باندی و مسلحانه و... عاجز هستند؛ اما بین اعتیاد و ارتکاب جرم سرقت داخل خودرو، رابطه مستقیمی وجود دارد.

the effect of narcotics and psychedelic substances consumption on car theft (case study: hamadan city)

background and objective: through recognizing the social factors of committing theft such as addiction, the police have always been looking for a way to provide a targeted solution to deal with it. the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effect of narcotics and psychedelic substances on car theft in hamadan city.methods: the method of the present research is quantitative content analysis and the statistical population was all car theft cases registered in hamedan province intelligence police during 2019, which are classified based on the frequency of the place of theft. 80 cases related to theft inside the car have been counted by a targeted sampling method and the history of these people’s addiction to various drugs as well as the history of theft (time and number) was extracted. the resulting data were analyzed descriptively and analytically.findings: drug addiction has a direct and significant relationship with car theft. in this way, 62.5% of the robbers had a history of drug addiction and possession of drugs, and among them 81.25% of them are addicted to heroin, which has the highest effect on committing car theft in hamadan city compared to other drugs. addiction to several substances, opium and glass are ranked as the next influential factors, respectively.results: people who are addicted to heroin are incapable of committing very important crimes such as big frauds and gang and armed robberies, etc.; but there is a direct relationship between addiction and committing the crime of car theft.
