طراحی الگوی جرم‌یابی سرقت هویت در فضای سایبری

زمینه و هدف: سرقت هویت استفاده غیرقانونی یا غیرمجاز از اطلاعات شخصی، متعلق به شخص دیگری به نفع خود است. سرقت هویت رفتار مجرمانه‌ای است که سارقان هویت با دستیابی غیرمجاز به اطلاعات کاربران از این اطلاعات و بیشتر باانگیزه مادی در فضای سایبر سوءاستفاده می‌کنند. این پژوهش باهدف دستیابی به الگوی مناسبی از کشف جرم سرقت هویت، انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش به روش کیفی و با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی انجام شده است. جامعه این پژوهش کارشناسان و متخصصان جرم سرقت هویت در 8 استان از کشور ایران بود که تعداد 20 نفر از متخصصان حوزه سایبری به‌عنوان نمونه آماری با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب که پس از اجرای هر مرحله از روش دلفی، برای تعیین میزان توافق، از آزمون‌های آماری مقایسه میانگین‌ها و ضریب توافق کندال با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار آماری spss، استفاده شد.یافته‌ها و نتایج: بر اساس یافته‌ها، الگوی جرم‌یابی سرقت هویت در 66 شاخصه، 11 مولفه و سه مقوله تنظیم شد. مقوله‌های جرم سرقت هویت، 1- زمینه‌ها و علت‌های وقوع؛ 2- شیوه و شگردهای مورداستفاده سارقان و 3- روش‌های کشف سرقت هویت است. شناخت الگوی سرقت هویت در فضای مجازی، کارشناسان پلیس فتا را با علت‌ها، زمینه‌ها و شیوه و شگردهای وقوع و پیشگیری از جرم سرقت هویت سرقت هویت در فضای مجازی کمک می‌کند. از طرف دیگر با شناسایی و معرفی روش‌های کشف، توانایی آنها را در جرم‌یابی افزایش داده و رویه واحدی را ایجاد می‌کند..

designing a model for criminalizing identity theft in cyberspace

background and objective: identity theft is an illegal or unauthorized use of personal information belonging to another person for his own benefit. identity theft is a criminal behavior by which identity thieves misuse this information by accessing users’ information without any physical motive in cyberspace. this study was conducted with the aim of achieving an appropriate model of criminalizing identity theft.methods: this research has been conducted qualitatively using delphi technique. the population of this study was experts and specialists in the crime of identity theft in 8 provinces of iran. 20 cyber specialists were selected as a statistical sample by purposive sampling method. comparison of means and kendall agreement coefficient was used using spss statistical software.findings and results: based on the findings, the model of criminalization for identity theft was set in 66 indicators, 11 components and three categories. categories of the crime of identity theft are: 1- grounds and causes of occurrence; 2- the methods and tricks used by thieves; and 3- the methods of detecting identity theft. understanding the model of identity theft in cyberspace helps cyber police experts with the causes, contexts, methods and techniques of occurrence and prevention of the crime of identity theft in cyberspace. on the other hand, by identifying and introducing detection methods, it increases their ability to criminalize and creates a unified procedure.
