ارزیابی عملکرد یاددهی - یادگیری مدرسین دروس عملی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین (مورد مطالعه مدرسین و دانشجویان دوره 31 مصوب رسته مرزی)

زمینه و هدف: ارائه صحیح آموزش‌های موثر در ماموریت‌های ناجا، وابسته به فراگیری مهارت‌های عملی توسط دانشجویان و منوط به ارزیابی تدریس و یادگیری مدرسان دانشگاه است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی عملکرد یاددهی - یادگیری مدرسین دروس عملی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین (موردمطالعه دانشجویان دوره 31 مصوب مرزی) است.روش: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه کمی و نحوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی مدرسان دروس عملی  به استعداد 159 نفر و دانشجویان  به تعداد 500 نفر می باشد. نمونه گیری در پژوهش برای مدرسان تمام شمار و برای دانشجویان از طریق فرمول کوکران 217 نفر و به صورت تصادفی ساده بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی نیز استفاده شد. ابتدا به ویژگی های نمونه آماری و مشخصه‌های توصیفی متغیرها پرداخته شد و سپس از آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنف برای تشخیص نرمال بودن متغیرها، آزمون t تک نمونه ای و t مستقل برای پاسخ به سوالات تحقیق و فریدمن برای رتبه بندی مولفه ها با بهره از نرم افزار spss نسخه 20 استفاده شد.یافته ها: مدرسان دروس عملی به میزان زیادی به تحلیل ویژگی های دانشجویان، بیان اهداف آموزشی و طرح درس، انتخاب و بکارگیری روش ها، رسانه ها و مواد آموزشی، مشارکت دهی دانشجویان و ارزشیابی و بازنگری آموزشی توجه می نمایند. همچنین رتبه بندی نشان از آن است که مدرسان دروس عملی از نظر اساتید بهترین عملکرد را در مورد «ارزشیابی و بازنگری آموزشی» و از نظر دانشجویان درخصوص «بیان اهداف آموزشی و طرح درس» داشته اند. از نظر اساتید ضعیف ترین عملکرد در مورد تحلیل ویژگی‌های دانشجویان» و از نظر دانشجویان درخصوص «بکارگیری روش ها و رسانه های آموزش» بوده است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج آزمون ها، عملکرد مدرسان دروس عملی از نظر خودشان و دانشجویان مثبت و قابل قبول ارزیابی شد ولی ارزیابی مدرسان دروس عملی از عملکردشان در یاددهی یادگیری، مطلوب تر از ارزیابی دانشجویان از عملکرد آنان می باشد.

evaluation of teachers’ teaching-learning performance of practical courses of amin police university (case study: teachers and students of the 31st course of the border department)

background and objective: proper delivery of effective training in i. r. i. police missions depends on the students’ acquisition of practical skills and is subject to the evaluation of teaching and learning by university instructors. the purpose of this study is to evaluate the teaching-learning performance of teachers of practical courses at amin police university (case study: students of the 31st course of border department).methods: in terms of its objectives, the present study is of an applied research, in terms of methodology it is quantitative and in terms data collection method it is considered as a survey study. the statistical population of the study includes all teachers of practical courses with 159 individuals 500 students. sampling for the teachers in the study was all instructors and for students using cochran’s formula as 217 individuals. descriptive and inferential statistical methods were also used to analyze the data. first, the statistical sample characteristics and descriptive characteristics of the variables were discussed, and then the kolmogorov-smirnov test was employed for determining the normality of the variables, and one-sample t-test and independent t-test to answer the research questions and friedman to rank the components using spss software version 20.findings: instructors of practical courses pay a lot of attention to analyzing the characteristics of students, expressing educational goals and lesson plans, selecting and using methods, media and educational materials, student participation, and evaluating and reviewing education. the ranking also shows that the instructors of the practical courses had the best performance in the opinion of the professors in terms of &educational evaluation and review& and in the opinion of the students in terms of &articulation of educational goals and lesson plans&. according to the professors, the weakest performance was in the analysis of students ’characteristics’ and in the students’ opinion, it was in &the application of teaching methods and media&.results: according to the test results, the performance of teachers of practical courses was evaluated positively and acceptable by themselves and students, but the evaluation of teachers of practical courses in their performance in teaching-learning is more desirable than students’ evaluation of their performance.
