تبیین ابعاد و مولفه های شخصیت حاج قاسم سلیمانی به عنوان الگوی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

زمینه و هدف: نخبگان و به‌ویژه کسانی که در نقش قهرمان و رهبر در جوامع مختلف بشری مطرح می‌شوند دارای کمالاتی هستند که آنها را نسبت به سایر افراد جامعه متمایز می‌سازد. در این پژوهش کوشش شد ویژگی‌های شخصیتی شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی که شخصیت او را در سطح «یک قهرمان مکتب ساز» مطرح نموده، تبیین شود و به عنوان یک الگو برای تربیت دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین سنجیده و سپس ارائه شود.روش: این تحقیق یک تحقیق کیفی است، ما آن را با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل عقلی انجام داده ایم. در این تحقیق سعی نموده ایم با بهره گیری از الگوی تحلیل شخصیت انسان، مستخرج از دیدگاه‌های فلسفی فیلسوف معاصر آیت الله جوادی آملی، به تحلیل شخصیت شهید قاسم سلیمانی بپردازیم. مستندات ما در این تحقیق متن وصیت‌نامه و برخی از خاطرات ذکر شده توسط نزدیکان ایشان است.یافته‌ها: شهید سلمیانی دارای برجستگی‌های شخصیتی بارزی در سه ساحت، بینش‌ها، گرایشات و کنش‌ها است، این برجستگی‌ها جملگی در ارتباط و سازگار با هم بوده و در خصوص ایشان شخصیتی برجسته را تشکیل داده است.نتیجه گیری: در این تحقیق پس از تحلیل شخصیت شهید سلیمانی بر اساس الگویی که از دیدگاه‌های فیلسوف معاصر آیت الله جوادی آملی استخراج شده است، نشان دادیم که ویژگی‌های شخصیتی شهید سلیمانی به عنوان یکی از قهرمانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران، سازگاری بالایی با سیاست‌ها و ارزش‌های حاکم بر نظام تربیتی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین دارد. بنابراین از دیدگاه ما شخصیت ایشان می‌تواند به عنوان یک شخصیت قهرمان برای جوانان ناجا، به خصوص دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین مطرح شود. همچنین در پایان نیز الگوی مفهومیِ ابعاد شخصیتی ممتاز ایشان ارائه شده است. بنابراین با توجه به سازگاری بالای آن با مدل مفهومی نظام تربیتی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین، به نظر می‌رسد؛ ارائه نظام مند شخصیت ایشان به عنوان یک قهرمان، می‌تواند گامی موثر در جهت نیل به چشم انداز بیست ساله دانشگاه و بیانیه گام دوم در ابعاد تربیتی این دانشگاه باشد.

explaining the dimensions and components of haj qasem soleimani’s personality as a model for students of amin police university

background and objective: elites, and especially those who play the role of heroes and leaders in various human societies, have perfections that distinguish them from other members of society. in this research, an attempt was made to explain the personality traits of martyr haj qasem soleimani, whose personality was presented at the level of a &school-building hero&, and to be measured and then presented as a model for educating students of amin police university.methods: this research is a qualitative research, and it has been conducted using qualitative content analysis method and using rational analysis. in this research, we have tried to analyze the personality of martyr qasem soleimani by using the model of human personality analysis, extracted from the philosophical views of the contemporary philosopher ayatollah javadi amoli. our documents in this research are the text of the will and some of the memoirs mentioned by his relatives.findings: martyr salmiani has conspicuous personality prominences in three areas of insights, tendencies and actions. these prominences are all related and compatible with each other and have formed a prominent personality about him.results: in this study, after analyzing the personality of martyr soleimani based on a model derived from the views of contemporary philosopher ayatollah javadi amoli, we showed that the personality traits of martyr soleimani as one of the heroes of the islamic republic of iran, have a high compatibility with policies and values, and trusts of the educational system of police university. therefore, from our point of view, his character can be considered as a heroic character for the youth of i. r. i. police, especially the students of amin police university. finally, a conceptual model of his distinctive personality dimensions is presented. therefore, due to its high compatibility with the conceptual model of the educational system of students of amin police university, it seems that the systematic presentation of his personality as a hero can be an effective step towards achieving the 20-year vision of the university and the statement of the second step in the educational dimensions of this university.
