بررسی الزامات نظم و امنیت در آینده پژوهی ناجا مبتنی بر شاخص های اسلامی – ایرانی پیشرفت

زمینه و هدف: آینده پژوهی، عبارت است از ترسیم آینده مطلوب یک سازمان که در آن نقش‌ها به گونه‌ای تعیین‌شده باشد که قابلیت لازم را برای تحقق افق موردنظر در آینده را فراهم آورد. نیروی انتظامی به منظور بهینه‌سازی ساخت سازمانی خود نیازمند هماهنگی بین اجزاء مختلف سازمانی و هم‌راستا کردن آن‌ها با استراتژی‌های سازمانی‌اش دارد. آینده ناجا نیازمند الزامات نظم و امنیتی است که باید مبتنی بر شاخص‌های اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت باشد، که در سند چشم انداز 1404 جمهوری اسلامی ایران بیان شده است و دراین مقاله مورد تحقیق قرار گرفته است. روش: تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفیتحلیلی است. نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه ای و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری خبرگان دانشگاهی و پژوهشی است که 25 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین و مرکز مطالعات راهبردی ناجا با حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد انتخاب شدند. در این راستا پرسش نامه ای متشکل از 15 سوال، با طیف 5 تایی لیکرت در رابطه با متغیرهای تحقیق آماری قرار گرفت. ضریب اعتبار محاسبه شده از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (5/94/.)گویای آن است که پرسشنامه از اعتبار بالایی برخوردار است.یافته‌ها: مهم‌ترین الزامات درونی و بیرونی آینده ناجا عبارتند از: الزامات درونی که شامل حفظ اصول اخلاقی و ارزش‌های اسلامی، انقلابی و ملی، برخورداری از دانش پیشرفته، توانایی در تولید علم و فناوری و برخورداری از رفاه و تامین اجتماعی و الزامات بیرونی که شامل تامین امنیت ج.ا.ا، تامین امنیت اجتماعی، کمک به تحقق جامعه اخلاقی و عاری از فساد و حفظ کرامت و حقوق انسان‌ها.نتایج: مولفه‌های شاخص‌های اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، تاثیرگذار در آینده ناجا در قالب اصول پایه‌ای شاخص‌های اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت مانند دین‌محوری حاکمیت، کرامت انسانی، امنیت، عدالت، آزادی، رفاه و معنویت و عناصر کلیدی شاخص‌های اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت مانند علم‌محوری، مردم‌سالاری دینی، سرمایه (مادی، انسانی، اجتماعی و مذهبی)، وحدت، هویت اسلامی ایران، تعامل سازنده بین‌المللی و اقتدار همه‌جانبه است.
