نقش فناوری‌های نوین انتظامی در برقراری نظم و امنیت مسابقات فوتبال در ایران

زمینه و هدف: خشونت تماشاگران یک معضل در ایران و جهان است که باعث بی‌نظمی و بروز اختلال در برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی می‌شود و فناوری‌های نوین انتظامی نقش بسزایی در کنترل آن دارد؛ بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین نقش فناوری‌های نوین انتظامی در برقراری نظم و امنیت مسابقات فوتبال در ایران بود.روش: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت علی همبستگی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل تعداد 172 نفر از مسئولین یگان ویژه استان‌های دارای تیم‌ لیگ برتری فوتبال در سال 98-99 بودند که متناسب با حجم جامعه آماری در هر استان به‌صورت طبقه ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته فناوری‌های نوین انتظامی با 23 گویه و پرسشنامه نظم و امنیت مسابقات فوتبال با 12 گویه استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی آن‌ها توسط 11 نفر از اساتید و صاحب‌نظران تائید و پایایی آن‌ها به‌وسیله آزمون آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و مقدار آن به ترتیب برای هر دو پرسشنامه 0.89 و 0.84 به دست آمد. با توجه به توزیع غیر نرمال داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده، برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار «smart pls» استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد ضریب مسیر فناوری‌های نوین انتظامی و برقراری نظم و امنیت ورزشگاه 0.679 و ضریب تعیین (r2) آن 0.462 است که می‌توان چنین استدلال کرد که با به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های نوین انتظامی مطرح‌شده در این پژوهش به 46.2 درصد نظم و امنیت مسابقات فوتبال در ایران جامعه عمل پوشاند.نتیجه‌گیری:نیروی انتظامی به‌منظور برقراری نظم و امنیت در مسابقات فوتبال با به‌کارگیری و تجهیز خود به انواع فناوری‌های نوین و پیشرفته با برهم زنندگان نظم و امنیت ورزشگاه برخورد بهنگام، مناسب و قاطع داشته باشد.

The Role of New Law Enforcement Technologies in Establishing Order and Security in Football Matches in Iran

Background and objectives: Spectator violence is a problem in Iran and the world that causes disorder and disturbance in the organization of sports events and new law enforcement technologies play an important role in controlling it. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the role of new law enforcement technologies in establishing order and security of football matches in Iran.Methodology: In terms of its objectives the present study is of an applied researchtype and in terms of causal nature, it is considered as a correlational and survey research type. The statistical population consisted of 172 officials of the special units of the provinces with the Football Premier League team in the year 20192020. They were selected using proportional cluster sampling method according to the size of the statistical population in each province. To collect data, two researchermade questionnaires of new law enforcement technologies with 23 items and a questionnaire of order and security of football matches with 12 items were employed. Their face validity and content validity were confirmed by 11 professors and experts and their reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha test. The reliability coefficients ​​were 0.89 and 0.84 for both questionnaires, respectively. Due to the abnormal distribution of the obtained data, SMART PLS software was used to analyze the data.Findings: The findings showed that the path coefficient of new law enforcement technologies and maintaining order and security in the stadium is 0.679 and its determination coefficient (R2) is 0.462, which can be argued that by using the new law enforcement technologies presented in this study, 46.2% of the order and security of football matches in Iran was implemented.Results: In order to establish order and security in football matches using and equipping themselves with all kinds of new and advanced technologies, the law enforcement forces must deal with disturbers of the order and security of the stadium in a timely, appropriate and decisive manner.
