الگوی پلیس جوان مومن و انقلابی بر اساس بیانات امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله العالی)

زمینه و هدف: مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) در بیانیه‌ گام دوم انقلاب تاکیدی جدی بر نقش جوان مومن و انقلابی در شکل‌‎دهی آینده‌ درخشان جمهوری اسلامی ایران داشته‌اند. با توجه به این که بخشی عظیم از پلیس جمهوری اسلامی ایران را نیز جوانان تشکیل می‌دهند. پلیس جوان علاوه بر شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای خود باید از شایستگی‌های عمومی مختلفی نیز بهره‌مند باشد. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش دستیابی به الگویی جامع از پلیس جوان مومن و انقلابی بر اساس فرمایش‌های مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) است.روش: پژوهش از نوع کیفی است که با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی عرفی استقرایی منابع مکتوب و سخنرانی های معظم له (از سال 1358 تا پایان 1398)، به صورت تمام‌شمار بررسی شد. برای بررسی اعتبار مولفه‌های احصاء شده توسط نگارندگان، نتایج در قالب جدولی به خبرگان ارائه و پس از انجام اصلاحات در دور دوم موافقت همگان با مولفه‌ها به دست آمد و روایی نیز با توجه به ماهیت تحقیق، روشن است.یافته ها: امید و اعتماد به نفس، معنویت اسلامی و  مکارم اخلاقی، جهاد، مقاومت، وحدت، فعالیت سیاسی، هویت و استقلال، انقلابی‌گری، بصیرت سیاسی، کار علمی، حضور و پیشرفت علمی، جهاد علمی، منطق و استدلال و آگاهی، نخبگی، اقتصاد و سازندگی، خانواده، مسئولیت‌پذیری، نشاط، خط شکنی، امید، هوش و استعداد، کار و تلاش، کاردانی، آرمان گرایی و واقع‌بینی مهمترین مولفه‌های پلیس جوان مومن و انقلابی بر اساس بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) است.نتیجه‌گیری: برای شکل‌گیری پلیس جوان مومن و انقلابی از نگاه معظم له، جوانان شاغل در پلیس باید در ابعاد مختلف دینی و اعتقادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و علمی و گزاره‌های ذکر شده‌ آنها در یافته‌ها ارتقاء یابند و به سطح مطلوب برسند.

The Model of a Young, Faithful and Revolutionary Police Based on the Statements of Imam Khamenei

Background and objective: In the second step statement, the Supreme Leader placed serious emphasis on the role of the young believer and revolutionary in shaping the bright future of the Islamic Republic. A large part of the police of the Islamic Republic is also made up of young people. In addition to their professional competencies, young police officers should also have a variety of general competencies. Accordingly, the aim of the research is to achieve a comprehensive model of the young faithful and revolutionary police based on the orders of the Supreme Leader.Methods: This research is of qualitative type which was comprehensively reviewed using the method of customary qualitative content analysis of inductive written sources and lectures of the Supreme Leader (from 1979 to the end of 2019). To check the validity of the components counted by the authors, the results were presented to the experts in the form of a table and after making corrections in the second round, everyone agreed with the components and the validity is clear according to the nature of the research.Findings: Hope and selfconfidence, Islamic spirituality and moral virtues, jihad, resistance, unity, political activity, identity and independence, revolutionaryism, political insight, scientific work, scientific presence and progress, scientific jihad, logic and reasoning and awareness, elite, economics and constructiveness, family, responsibility, cheerfulness, breaking the line, hope, intelligence and talent, hard work, skill, idealism and realism are the most important components of a young, faithful and revolutionary police, according to the Supreme Leader.Results: In order to form a young, faithful and revolutionary police from the Supreme Leader’s point of view, the youth working in the police must be promoted and reach the desired level in various religious and ideological, social, political and scientific dimensions and the statements mentioned in their findings.
