تاثیر مدیریت گشت انتظامی یگان امداد فاتب بر پیشگیری از جرم کیف قاپی(مورد مطالعه قرارگاه شمال)

زمینه و هدف: مدیریت واحد های گشت انتظامی توانسته تاثیر بسزایی در پیشگیری از جرایم خشن به خصوص کیف قاپی در سطح جامعه و مقابله با بزه‌کار داشته باشد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی‹‹تاثیر مدیریت گشت انتظامی یگان امداد فاتب بر پیشگیری از جرم کیف قاپی» انجام گرفته است.روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی و نوع تحقیق کمی به شیوۀ پیمایشی است. همچنین، جامعه آماری این تحقیق فرماندهان و افسران یگان گشت انتظامی قرارگاه شمال یگان امداد فاتب که بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 174 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. روایی تحقیق با استفاده از روایی صوری یعنی استفاده از دیدگاه نخبگان و پایایی کل متغیرهای تحقیق با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به میزان (0.955) به دست آمده است.یافته‌ها: شیوۀ تجزیه و تحلیل متغیرهای تحقیق با استفاده ضریب میانگین و آمار استنباطی تی تک نمونه انجام گرفته است. نتایج ضریب میانگین متغیرهای تحقیق نشان می‌دهد: بیشترین میانگین متعلق به متغیر هدایت به میزان (3.9626)؛ میانگین بعد برنامه‌ریزی (3.9286)؛ میانگین بعد سازماندهی (3.9138)؛ میانگین بعد نظارت (3.8103) و میانگین بعد ارزیابی به میزان (3.7780) می‌باشد. در ضمن میانگین کل نیز به میزان (3.8787) است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج آزمون فرضیه اصلی تحقیق نشان می دهد: مدیریت گشت انتظامی یگان امداد فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ بر پیشگیری از جرم کیف قاپی تاثیر داشته است. به طور کلی، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت؛ تاثیر پنج بعد (برنامه ریزی سازماندهی، هدایت، نظارت و ارزیابی) مدیریت گشت های انتظامی یگان امداد بر پیشگیری از جرم کیف قاپی مثبت، معنادار و در حد متوسط بوده است.

The Effect of the Police Patrol Management of the Tehran Metropolitan Police Command Relief Unit on Purse Snatch Crime Prevention (Case Study: North Camp)

Background and objectives: The management of police patrol units has been able to have a significant impact on the prevention of violent crimes, especially highquality crimes at the community level and dealing with criminals. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the police patrol management of the Tehran Metropolitan Police Command Relief Unit on the prevention of purse snatch crime.Methodology: The research method is descriptiveanalytical and the type of research is quantitative and survey method. Also, the statistical population of this research is the commanders and officers of the police patrol unit of the northern base of the Tehran Metropolitan Police Command Relief Unit, which according to Morgan’s table, 174 people have been selected by cluster sampling method. The validity of the research was obtained using face validity, i.e., the use of elite perspectives, and the reliability of all research variables was obtained using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.955).Findings: The method of analysis of research variables was performed using the mean coefficient and inferential statistics of onesample ttest. The results of the mean coefficient of the research variables show: the highest mean belongs to the directing to criterion variable (3.9626); the average planning dimension is 3.9286; the average organization dimension is 3.9138; the average supervision dimension is 3.8103 and the average evaluation dimension is 3.7780. In addition, the total average is 3.8787.Results: The test results of the main hypothesis of the research show: (t (173) = 82.351, p <0.001). Therefore, the mean is equal to 3.87867 and the value of ttest is equal to 82.351, which at the level of 0.00 the effect of the police patrol management of the Tehran Metropolitan Police Command Relief Unit on the prevention of purse snatch crime. In general, it can be concluded in this research that the effect of five dimensions (planning, organizing, directing, supervision and evaluating) the management of the police patrols of the Tehran Metropolitan Police Command Relief Unit on the prevention of purse snatch crime was positive, significant and moderate.
