نقش سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی متحرک در پیشگیری از جرم

زمینه و هدف: استفاده از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی گوشی تلفن همراهیکی از ابعاد پیشرفته‌ استفاده از قابلیت‌های گوشی تلفن همراه است که با توجه به انعطاف‌پذیی و سادگی نسبت به سایر سامانه‌های سنتی اطلاعات جغرافیایی کاربردهای گوناگونی داشته که یکی از مهم‌ترین این کاربرد‌ها استفاده از آن در پیشگیری از جرم است. این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی نحوه بهره‌مندی پلیس از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی گوشی تلفن در جمع‌آوری اطلاعات جرایم انجام شده است.روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر گرد‌آوری اطلاعات کمّی و از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری آن 30 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین و نخبگان صاحب‌نظرِ حوزه ستاد فرماندهی ناجا و سایر نهادهای در ارتباط با فن‌آوری نوین جغرافیا هستند که به‌صورت تمام ‌شمار انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گرد‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که برای تایید روایی محتوایی آن، نظر کارشناسان و متخصصان مبنا قرار گرفته و پایایی نیز بر اساس مقدار آلفای خروجی از نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس 0.923 محاسبه شد و داده‌های به‌دست آمده با نرم‌افزار spss23 مورد تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفته است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، استفاده از قابلیت سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی گوشی تلفن همراه با ماموریت‌های پلیس برای پیشگیری از جرایم سازگاری دارد؛ یعنی در سطح معنی‌داری 0.05 فرضیه اول تحقیق تایید شد (0.001>p). هم‌چنین نتایج آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای ‌در سطح معنی‌داری 0.05 فرضیه چهارم پژوهش که استفاده از قابلیت سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی گوشی تلفن همراه منجربه کاهش زمان گزارش جرم می‌شود را تایید کرد (0.023=p).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد؛ استفاده از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی گوشی تلفن همراه ضمن ساده کردن دسترسی به اطلاعات مکانی و زمانی مجرمان، باعث کاهش زمان گزارش‌دهی و پیشگیری از جرم خواهد شد و از سویی می‌تواند در ماموریت‌های با کاهش هزینه و کاهش زمان سرعت کشف جرم سبب ایجاد احساس امنیت و اعتماد مردم نسبت به پلیس شود.

The Role of Mobile Geographic Information System in Crime Prevention

Background and objectives: The use of mobile geographic information system is one of the advanced aspects of using mobile phone capabilities, which due to its flexibility and simplicity compared to other traditional geographic information systems, has one of the most important applications, one of the most important of which is its use in crime prevention. This study was conducted to investigate how the police use the GIS of the phone in collecting crime information.Methodology: The present study is a quantitative and descriptive survey in terms of data collection. Its statistical population is 30 faculty members of Amin Police University and an elite expert in the field of I. R. I. Police headquarters and other institutions related to modern geography technology, all of whom have been selected. Data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire which was based on the opinion of experts and specialists to confirm its content validity, and reliability was calculated based on the alpha value of SPSS software (0.923) and the data obtained data were analyzed using SPSS23 software.Findings: Findings showed that the use of mobile phone geographic information system capability is compatible with police missions to prevent crime; that is, at the significance level of 0.05, the first hypothesis of the research was confirmed (p <0.001). Also, the results of onesample ttest at the significance level of 0.05 confirmed the fourth hypothesis of the research that using the capability of the GIS mobile phone system leads to a reduction in crime reporting time (P = 0.023).Results: The results of the research findings showed that using the mobile phone geographic information system, while simplifying access to the spatial and temporal information of criminals, will reduce the reporting time and prevent crime, and on the other hand, can create a sense of security and trust in missions by reducing costs and reducing crime detection speed.
