جستاری در برگزاری دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت مجازی فرهنگیان در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری

هدف این پژوهش، کاوشی در برگزاری دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت مجازی فرهنگیان بوده‌است. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی (پرسشنامه و مصاحبه) بوده است. جامعه آماری بخش پرسشنامه ای پژوهش شامل تمامی فرهنگیان مدیران، معاونان آموزشی و پرورشی، معلمان و سایر کارکنان اداره کل و مناطق/نواحی 17 گانه آموزش و پرورش استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بوده که از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای 407 نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری بخش مصاحبه شامل تمامی مسئولان و کارشناسان آموزش نیروی انسانی و فناوری اداره های آموزش و پرورش استان بوده که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، همه آنها به عنوان نمونه آماری محسوب شده و با آنان به صورت هدایت کلیات مصاحبه شده است (30 نفر). روایی پرسشنامه را کارشناسان تاًیید نموده و پایایی آن حدود 96/ محاسبه شد. پایایی مصاحبه‌ها از روش بررسی همکار، بررسی اعضا و سه‌سوسازی تاًمین گشت. در مجموع طبق نتایج این پژوهش، آزمون های مجازی ضمن خدمت الکترونیکی استان از وضعیت چندان مناسبی در زمینه های مورد بررسی برخوردار نبوده اند و برای رسیدن این آزمون ها به وضعیت مناسب تلاش های زیادی لازم است که از طرف افراد و گروه های مختلف صورت پذیرد.

exploration of a virtual in-service teacher training courses chaharmahal and bakhtiari province: a mixed study

the purpose of this study was to explore teachers virtual in-service training courses. the research was descriptive-analytical and survey. the statisticalpopulation of the research questionnaire included all educators, principals,educational assistants, teachers and other staff of the general administrationand 17 education districts of chaharmahal and bakhtiari province. thestatistical population of the interview section includes all officials and experts inmanpower and technology training of the education departments of the province(30 people). the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and itsreliability was calculated to be about / 96. the reliability of the interviews wasensured by the method of peer review, member review and misleading. ingeneral, according to the results of this study, the virtual tests while in theelectronic service of the province have not had a very good situation in thestudied fields, and in order to reach these appropriate conditions, many effortsare required by individuals and there are different groups.
