تاملی آینده پژوهانه بر تربیت‏ حرفه‏ای در نظام آموزشی ایران

تربیت ‏حرفه‏ای در ایران از فقر پژوهشی بویژه در حوزه‏ی پژوهش‏های بنیادی و کاربردی به معنای کاربرد نظریه‏ها در حوزه‏ی عمل در تنگنا قرار دارد. لذا بدیهی است که این تنگناها مانع از ترسیم آینده تربیت‏حرفه‏ای در کشور شده است. تا جایی‏که نمی‏توان در مورد آن تحلیلی نزدیک به نقطه هدف ارائه‏داد. با عنایت به این محدودیت و تاکید مطالعه بر مرور پژوهش‏ها و اسناد موجود نگارنده را بر آن داشت که تمام منابع مرتبط با تربیت‏حرفه‏ای را که به صورت پژوهش، مرور ادبیات، مقاله، کتاب، توصیه‏نامه‏های بین المللی، تجارب تربیت‏حرفه‏ای سایر کشورها (نگاه تاریخی) را مطالعه نقادی- تحلیلی کرده و نتایج آن را بررسی نماید. در پایان به این نتیجه رسید که نظام آموزش و پرورش حرفه‏ای رسمی در ایران به لحاظ اجرا، مدرسه محور و به لحاظ برنامه‏ریزی از سطح تمرکز بالایی برخوردار است.

futuristic reflection on vocational training in the iranian educational system

vocational training in iran is in short supply especially in the field of basic and applied research, which means the application of theories in the field ofpractice. therefore, it is obvious that these problems have prevented the futureof vocational training in the country. to the extent that it is not possible toprovide an analysis of it close to the target point. given this limitation and theemphasis of the study on the review of existing research and documents, theauthor decided to include all sources related to vocational training in the form ofresearch, review of literature, articles, books, international recommendations.to study the experiences of professional training of other countries (historicalview) critically-analytically and to examine its results. it was concluded that theformal vocational education system in iran has a high level of concentration interms of implementation, school-oriented and planning.
