آینده‌پژوهی فین‌تک‌ها تحت ظهور اینترنت اشیاء: ماهیت سناریوپردازی جهت شناخت فراگیرتر ذینفعان

هدف: فین‌تک‌ها به منظور بهبود بخشیدن روند انجام عملیات مالی و توسعه حوزه‌های مرتبط با آن، امروزه به بخشی از بدنه‌ای بازار سرمایه مبدل شده‌اند که تمرکز بر سناریوپردازی آن تحت ظهور اینترنت اشیاء در قالب این مطالعه می‌تواند، به چشم‌اندازهای بازار سرمایه در این زمینه کمک نماید. لذا هدف این مطالعه، آینده پژوهی فین‌تک‌ها تحت ظهور اینترنت اشیاء می‌باشد.روش: این مطالعه از منظر روش شناسی توسعه‌ای/اکتشافی قلمداد می‌شود که با مشارکت پانل خبرگان، ضمن انجام مصاحبه مبنی بر شناسایی زمینه‌های کلیدی موثر بر توسعه‌ای فین‌تک‌ها شرکت‌های بازار سرمایه در قالب یک مدل چندبعدی، از طریق ایجاد ماتریس‌های متوالی و چک لیست‌های عدم قطعیّت تلاش شد، محتمل‌ترین سناریوهای مرتبط به آینده پژوهی فین‌تک‌ها در بستر شرکت‌های بازار سرمایه مهیا شود. سپس با ترکیب پیشران‌های مضمونی زمینه‌های توسعه فین‌تک‌ها با محورهای‌های اثرگذاری اینترنت اشیاء طبق چارچوب داتون (2014) براساس ماتریس توابع ریاضی، تلاش شد تا مهمترین سناریویی توسعه فین‌تک‌ها در سطح شرکت‌های بازار سرمایه تعیین شود.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش در فاز اول براساس انجام 13 مصاحبه در قالب یک چارچوب نظری 4 مقوله؛ 6 مولفه و 36 مضمون مفهومی را ارائه نمود. سپس در فاز دوم براساس ماهیت سناریوپردازی، نتایج از تایید 4 سناریویی ماتریسی تحت عناوین توضیحی «گرایش پرگماتیسمیک»؛ «گرایش سایبرنتیک»؛ «گرایش آنتروپیک منفی» و «گرایش سمپاتیک» حکایت دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: براساس ماتریس توابع ریاضی مشخص شد، مهمترین سناریو مرتبط با پیشران‌های مضمونی توسعه فین‌تک‌ها، سناریوی مبتنی بر گرایش سایبرنتیک می‌باشد که از تقاطع مبنای تحلیل فنی در زمینه‌سازی فین‌تک‌ها با مبنای سیستم اطلاعات در زمینه‌سازی فین‌تک‌ها ایجاد می‌شود و به عنوان مهمترین چشم‌انداز زمینه‌سازی توسعه‌ی فین‌تک‌ها در آینده‌ای شرکت‌های بازار سرمایه تلقی می‌گردد.

the future research of fintechs under the emergence of the internet of things: more inclusive understanding of the stakeholders

purpose: fintech companies have become integral to the capital market, improving financial operations and fostering development in related areas. this study focuses on scenario development for fintechs under the emergence of the internet of things (iot), aiming to explore the future prospects of fintech within the capital market.methods: this developmental and exploratory study engaged a panel of experts through interviews to identify key areas influencing fintech development in capital market companies. using successive matrices and checklists, the study sought to outline the most probable future scenarios for fintech research within this context. by integrating thematic drivers of fintech development with the impact dimensions of iot based on dutton’s framework (2014) and applying a matrix of mathematical functions, the study aimed to determine the most significant scenario for fintech development at the capital market company level.results: in the first phase, 13 interviews yielded a theoretical framework comprising four categories, six components, and 36 conceptual themes. the second phase involved validating four scenarios derived from the matrix, characterized as pragmatism tendency, cybernetic tendency, negative entropic tendency, and sympathetic tendency.conclusion: based on the mathematical function matrix, the most critical scenario for fintech development corresponds to the cybernetic tendency. this scenario emerges from the intersection of technical analysis foundations and information system bases within fintechs and represents the most significant future perspective for capital market companies. thus, the development of fintechs under the influence of iot is considered a key future direction for capital market firms.
