روابط متقابل نوآوری، استقلال و سنجش عملکرد در ساختار دانشگاه‌ها

هدف: افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی دانشگاه‌ها از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های آموزش عالی در قرن بیست و یکم است. مساله جهانی‌شدن آموزش، محدودیت منابع مالی و پیشرفت فناوری، ضرورت ارزیابی کارایی و اثربخشی دانشگاه‌ها را نمایان می‌سازد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط متقابل نوآوری، استقلال و سنجش عملکرد در ساختار دانشگاه ها انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری، مدیران گروه های آموزشی دانشگاه های دولتی و ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه است. نمونه این پژوهش، بر اساس در دسترس بودن افراد جامعه انتخاب و تعداد 54 پرسشنامه قابل استفاده تکمیل شده است.یافته ها: نتایج نشان می دهد که استراتژی نوآوری خدمات بر استقلال ساختاری تاثیر معناداری دارد، استقلال ساختاری بر استفاده از سیستم سنجش عملکرد تاثیر معناداری دارد، نوآوری و استفاده از سیستم سنجش عملکرد ارتباطی غیرمستقیم از طریق استقلال ساختاری دارند و تاکید راهبردی بر نوآوری در دانشگاه ها با کارایی و اثر بخشی، ارتباطی غیرمستقیم از طریق سیستم سنجش عملکرد و استقلال ساختاری دارند.نتیجه گیری: تاکید بیشتر بر نوآوری خدمات و افزایش استقلال گروه های آموزشی، می تواند فرصتی برای رشد دانشگاه ها و بهبود کارایی و اثربخشی فراهم آورد.دانش افزایی: نتایج این پژوهش به غنای ادبیات پژوهشی حاضر در حوزه عوامل تاثیر گذار بر بهبود نتایج عملکردی دانشگاه ها می افزاید.

purpose: enhancing the efficiency, and effectiveness of universities stands as one of the most significant challenges in higher education in the 21st century. the globalization of education, financial resource constraints, and technological advancements underscore the necessity of evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of universities. our research aims to investigate the interdependencies of innovation, autonomy, and performance measurement in the structure of universities.method: this study adopts a descriptive-survey approach. the statistical population comprises managers of academic departments in state universities, and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. the sample was selected based on the availability of individuals in the population, resulting in 54 usable completed questionnaires.results: our results indicate that the innovation strategy of services has a significant effect on structural autonomy. structural autonomy has a significant impact on the use of performance measurement systems. innovation and the use of performance measurement systems have an indirect relationship through structural autonomy. emphasizing a strategic focus on innovation in universities has an indirect effect on efficiency and effectiveness through performance measurement systems and structural autonomy.conclusion: universities should place a stronger emphasis on service innovation and grant greater autonomy to educational groups while fostering environments supportive of autonomy. this can create opportunities for the development of universities and enhance their efficiency and effectivenesscontribution: our findings contribute to the existing literature in the field of factors influencing the improvement of university performance outcomes.
