طراحی الگوی جامع فازی ارزیابی عملکرد بیمارستان‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های ترکیبی ارزیابی متوازن پایدار، سوارا و مالتی مورا

هدف: هدف این پژوهش این است که برای اولین بار اقدام به ارائه الگوی نوینی تحت عنوان «الگوی جامع فازی نماید تا جهت ارزیابی عملکرد بیمارستان‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های ترکیبی ارزیابی متوازن پایدار، سوارا و مالتی مورا مورد آزمون تجربی قرار گیرد. روش : با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا، لیست اولیه شاخص‌های عملکرد، توسعه پایداری و حسن شهرت ارزیابی متوازن 907 بیمارستان در ایران، استخراج و با روش دلفی فازی نهایی شد. با استفاده از روش سوارا فازی، هر یک از شاخص‌های مربوط، وزن دهی و با استفاده از روش مالتی مورا، بیمارستان‌ها بر اساس اهمیت هر یک از شاخص‌های عملکرد، توسعه پایداری و حسن شهرت، رتبه‌بندی شدند. یافته ها: نتایج منجر به نهایی شدن 81 شاخص شد که 28 شاخص مربوط به جنبه فرایندهای داخلی و به ترتیب 10، 6،8، 9 و 12 شاخص مربوط به جنبه مالی، جنبه مشتری، جنبه زیست‌محیطی، جنبه مسئولیت اجتماعی و جنبه حسن شهرت بود. نتیجه گیری: تفسیر نتایج نشان می دهدکه منظر مالی و مشتری به ترتیب برای بیمارستان‌های خصوصی و منظر رشد و یادگیری و فرایندهای داخلی به ترتیب برای بیمارستان‌های دولتی جهت ارزیابی عملکرد، دارای بیشترین اهمیت است. دانش افزایی : با توجه به اینکه این الگو جامع و کامل است، می‌تواند برای دولت و مدیران بیمارستان‌ها در کل دنیا مفید باشد و به توسعه دانش ادبیات موجود در زمینه ارزیابی متوازن کمک کند.

designing a comprehensive fuzzy model for evaluating the performance of hospitals using the combined methods of sustainable balanced scorecard, swara and multimoora

purpose: the purpose of this study is to present a novel model for the first time called fuzzy comprehensive model to experimentally evaluate the performance of hospitals using the combined methods of sustainable balanced scorecard, swara and multimoora. method: using content analysis, the initial list of performance indicators, sustainability development and reputation of balanced scorecard in the field of performance evaluation of 907 hospitals in iran are extracted and was finalized using the fuzzy delphi method. .using the fuzzy swara method, each of the relevant indicators was weighted and using the multimoora method hospitals were ranked based on the importance of the performance, sustainability development and reputation indicators . findings: the results led to the finalization of 81 indicators that twenty_ eight indicators were in internal processes and 10, 6, 8, 9 and 12 indicators in financial, customer, environmental, social responsibility and reputation aspects, respectively. conclusion: interpretation of results shows that the most important aspects to evaluate performance for private hospitals are first financial and then customer, while for public hospitals are first growth and learning and then internal processes. enhancing knowledge: because this model is comprehensive and complete, it can be useful for governments and hospital managers around the world and contribute to the development of existing literature knowledge in the field of balanced scorecard.
