جایگاه دیپلماسی عمومی و قدرت نرم در جهان اسلام در افق 1414 (ش)

بروز تحولات و بی ثباتی‌های سیاسی امنیتی در جهان اسلام، همگی معطوف به موقعیت قدرت نرم و ارتباطات گروه‌های فروملی و هویت بخش و همچنین نهادهای غیردولتی بوده است. بدیهی است، قدرت نرم در اسلام نشات گرفته از ارزش‌های الهی بوده که به کنش‌گران، نقش آینده ساز اعطا می‌کند. در این مقاله تلاش می‌شود تا دیپلماسی عمومی که کارویژه‌ای نرم گونه در ایجاد آگاهی‌بخشی و ارتباطات مفید بین‌الدولی و بین‌المللی دارد، به عنوان عاملی در جهت امنیت‌بخشی و هموارگر در رسیدن به ثبات سیاسی و نهایتاً دموکراسی در کشورهای اسلامی معرفی گردد. ارزش‌های مشترکی که بعد از دهه 80 میلادی در ساختار قدرت در کشورهای مختلف جای گرفته‌اند، می‌توانند در جلوگیری از خشونت و رادیکالیسم مذهبی، چهره مخدوش شده اسلام را بازسازی نمایند. روشن است که، در بین جوامع اسلامی ابزار دیپلماسی عمومی مغفول و دستخوش بازی‌های سیاسی گردیده که با ایجاد استراتژی معکوس صلح و ثبات محقق می گردد.

The Position of Public Diplomacy and Soft Power in the Islamic WorldOn the horizon of 1414 (2035)

The emergence of politicalsecurity developments and instability in the Muslim world has all focused on the position of soft power and the communication of formal and identity groups as well as NGOs. Obviously, soft power in Islam is derived from divine values ​​that gives actors a promising role. This article attempts to introduce public diplomacy, which has a softspoken function in creating crossnational and international awareness and useful communications, as a factor in securing and facilitating political stability and ultimately democracy in Islamic countries. Shared values ​​that have been embedded in the power structure of different countries since the 1980s can help rebuild Islam’s tarnished face in preventing violence and religious radicalism. It is clear that among the Islamic societies the tools of public diplomacy have been neglected and have been subjected to political games, which can be achieved by creating a reverse strategy of peace and stability
