آموزش پاسخگو، رویکردی جامعه‌محور در کاهش فاصلۀ تئوری و عمل در پرستاری

آموزش پرستاری می‌بایست پرستارانی با صلاحیت و متعهد نسبت به نیازهای جامعه را تربیت کند. اهداف اکثر دانشکده ‌های پرستاری، مسئولیت‌ پذیری اجتماعی در یکی از جنبه ‌های مهم برنامه درسی پرستاری معتبر در سطح جهانی است. یکی از رویکردهایی که در سال‌های اخیر در جهت ایجاد پیوند بین آموخته‌های فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاهی و نیازهای جامعه مورد توجه برنامه‌ریزان بوده، رویکرد آموزش پاسخ‌گو است. آموزش پاسخ‌گو یک رویکرد آموزشی است که به نیازها و انتظارات جامعه پاسخ می‌دهد. به عبارتی دیگر، آموزش پاسخ‌گو در علوم‌پزشکی بیانگر کوریکولومی است که اساس و پایه آن دریافت و پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای سلامت جامعه و آماده کردن دانشجویان برای کار و ارائه خدمات به جامعه است. رسالت آموزش پاسخ‌گو، تعهد در قبال جهت‌گیری آموزش، پژوهش و ارائه خدمات بر اساس اولویت نیازها و انتظارات جامعه است که این مهم با تاکید بر تماس مستقیم و مستمر دانشجویان با جامعه در سطوح مختلف میسر می‌شود. دانشکده های پرستاری با توجه به آشنایی با اولویت‌های کشوری و منطقه‌ای می‌توانند با اصلاح برنامه درسی و افزایش کیفیت آموزشی و صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای دانش‌آموختگان، فرصتی را برای پاسخ‌گویی به انتظارات و نیاز‌های آحاد مردم و ایجاد تعامل بیشتر بین دانشگاه‌ها و جامعه فراهم نمایند. با ادغام ریکرد آموزش پاسخگو در آموزش پرستاری و تدوین کوریکولوم پرستاری در مقاطع مختلف برا اساس نیاز های روز مددجویان و جامعه، شکاف بین تئوری و عمل در حرفه پرستاری به طور چشمگیری کاهش خواهد یافت و پرستاران قادر خواهند بود تصمیمات بالینی بهتری گرفته و در نهایت عملکرد آنان بهبود می یابد. با برطرف کردن این فاصله به وسیله رویکرد آموزش پاسخگو، می توان به بهبود یادگیری دانشجویان پرستاری و بهتر کردن وضعیت کاری آنها کمک کرد. برای تحقق ادغام آموزش پاسخگو در پرستاری باید در ابتدا نیازسنجی صورت گیرد تا بر مبنای نیازهای مددجویان و جامعه، محتواهای آموزشی پرستاری گسترس، تعدیل یا اصلاح شوند و با برنامه ریزی دقیق و هدفمند، برنامه آموزش اجرا شود.

nursing education should train qualified and committed nurses towards the needs of the society. the goals of most nursing schools are social responsibility in one of the important aspects of the internationally recognized nursing curriculum. one of the approaches that have been the focus of planners in recent years in order to create a link between the learnings of university graduates and the needs of society, is the responsive education approach. responsive education is an educational approach that responds to the needs and expectations of society. in other words, responsive education in medical sciences expresses a curriculum whose basis is to receive and respond to the health needs of society and prepare students to work and provide services to society. the mission of responsive education is the commitment to the orientation of education, research and service delivery based on the priority of the needs and expectations of the society, which is possible by emphasizing the direct and continuous contact of students with the society at different levels. considering the national and regional priorities, nursing schools can provide an opportunity to respond to the expectations and needs of the people and create more interaction between universities and society by modifying the curriculum and increasing the educational quality and professional qualifications of the graduates. by integrating the record of responsive education in nursing education and developing nursing curriculum at different stages based on the daily needs of clients and society, the gap between theory and practice in the nursing profession will be significantly reduced and nurses will be able to make better clinical decisions and finally their performance improves. by solving this gap through the approach of responsive education, it is possible to help improve the learning of nursing students and improve their working conditions. in order to realize the integration of responsive education in nursing, a needs assessment must be done first, so that based on the needs of clients and society, nursing educational content can be expanded, adjusted or modified, and the education program is implemented with precise and targeted planning.
