بررسی تاثیر برنامۀ جامع حمایتی پرستار بر اضطراب مرگ و تبعیت از درمان هورمونی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه: پروتکل مطالعۀ آر سی تی

مقدمه: سرطان، یکی از مشکلات مهم در سراسر جهان است که تعداد مبتلایان آن روزبه روز در حال افزایش می باشد. تبعیت از درمان دارویی به چالشی برای متخصصان پزشکی و دانشمندان پرستاری تبدیل شده است. عدم کنترل اضطراب مرگ بیماران سرطانی می تواند، باعث مشکلات بزرگی در آن ها شود؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تعیین تاثیر برنامۀ جامع حمایتی پرستار بر اضطراب مرگ و تبعیت از درمان هورمونی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی بود که با همکاری 70 نفر از بیماران تحت هورمون درمانی( 1402) طراحی شد. برنامۀ جامع حمایتی در شش جلسه (آشنایی با هورمون درمانی، تاثیر معنویت در سرطان، آموزش تکنیک های کاهش اضطراب، تاثیر تغذیه و تحرک در سرطان سینه و آشنایی با مسائل جنسی در سرطان) به صورت حضوری و مجازی با حضور خانوادۀ بیمار پیشنهاد گردید. پرسشنامۀ تبعیت دارویی و اضطراب مرگ تمپلر قبل،  بلافاصله و یک ماه بعد از مداخله توسط کمک محقق پر شد. داده های کیفی با تست های غیر پارامتریک و داده های کمی در صورت داشتن نرمالیتی (تست چولگی دادها) با تست های پارامتریک(تی مستقل و آزمون اندازه های تکراری) و در غیر این صورت، با تست های نان پارامتریک (ویلکاکسون و فریدمن) توسط نرم افزار spss 21، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.بحث: این کارآزمایی بالینی می تواند، اثر برنامۀ جامع حمایتی پرستار را بر اضطراب مرگ و تبعیت از درمان هورمونی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه ارزیابی کند و شواهدی لازم است که برای اجرای چنین برنامه های حمایتی در زمینۀ سرطان سینه ارائه شود تا ضمن توسعۀ نقش پرستار در کلینیک های تخصصی سرطان شناسی، باعث بهبود مراقبت از بیماران گردد.

investigating the effect of a comprehensive nurse support program on death anxiety and adherence to hormone therapy in women with breast cancer: rct study protocol

introduction: cancer is a major global issue, with the number of patients increasing daily. adherence to drug treatment has become a challenge for medical professionals and nursing scientists. failure to manage the death anxiety of cancer patients can lead to significant problems. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of a nurse’s comprehensive support program on death anxiety and adherence to hormone therapy in women with breast cancer.methods: this clinical trial study was designed with the participation of 70 patients undergoing hormone therapy in 2023. a comprehensive support program consisting of six sessions (covering familiarity with hormone therapy, the impact of spirituality on cancer, training in anxiety reduction techniques, the impact of nutrition and exercise on breast cancer, and familiarity with sexual issues in cancer) offered in person and virtually with the presence of the patient’s family. the templer medication adherence and death anxiety questionnaire was filled in by the researcher’s assistant before, immediately after, and one month after the intervention. qualitative dataanalyzed using non-parametric tests, while quantitative data analyzed using parametric tests (independent t-tests for repeated measures if data was normally distributed, and non-parametric tests like wilcoxon-friedman if not) with spss 21 software.discussion: this clinical trial assess the impact of a nurse’s comprehensive support program on death anxiety and adherence to hormone therapy in women with breast cancer; and evidence is required to be provided  for the implementation of such support programs in field of breast cancer and enhancing the role of nurses in oncology clinics to improve patient care.
