بررسی تاثیر برنامۀ توانمندسازی خانواده و بیمار محور بر کیفیت زندگی و کیفیت ارتباطات اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال: پروتکل مطالعۀ کارآزمای بالینی

مقدمه: بیماران مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال، اغلب از کیفیت زندگی و کیفیت ارتباطات اجتماعی نامناسبی برخوردار هستند. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی تاثیر برنامۀ توانمندسازی خانواده و بیمار محور،  بر کیفیت زندگی و کیفیت ارتباطات اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال، تدوین شده است.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی شاهددار بود. نمونه ها، شامل 60 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال مراجعه کننده به بخش شیمی درمانی بیمارستان پیمانیه جهرم را تشکیل دادند. شرکت کنندگان، به طور تصادفی تدریجی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمون قرار گرفتند. قبل از انجام مداخله، پرسشنامه های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، کیفیت زندگی و ارتباطات اجتماعی و یک ماه بعد از مداخله، پرسشنامه های کیفیت زندگی و ارتباطات اجتماعی توسط بیماران تکمیل شد. گروه مداخله، علاوه بر مراقبت های معمول بخش «برنامۀ توانمند سازی خانواده و بیمار محور» را طی 8 جلسه دریافت کرد؛ همچنین جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss نسخۀ 21 استفاده شد.بحث: پژوهش حاضر، اثرات « برنامۀ توانمند سازی خانواده و بیمار محور» را بر کیفیت ارتباطات اجتماعی  و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال، مورد ارزیابی قرار داد؛ چنانچه این شواهد، توسط محقق می تواند گاه یک استراتژی منظم را برای اجرای برنامۀ توانمند سازی خانواده و بیمار محور ارائه و گاه میزان کیفیت ارتباطات اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال را بهبود بخشد.

investigating the effect of a patient-centered and family empowerment program on quality of life and quality of social communication in patients with colorectal cancer: clinical trial study protocol

abstract: introduction: colorectal cancer patients often have inappropriate quality of life and quality of social communication. the current study was compiled with the aim of investigating the effect of the family and patient-centered empowerment program on the quality of life and the quality of social communication in patients with colorectal cancer.method: the present study was a controlled clinical trial type. the samples included 60 patients with colorectal cancer referred to the chemotherapy department of peimanieh jahrom hospital. the participants were gradually randomly assigned to two control and test groups. before the intervention, demographic information, quality of life and social communication questionnaires and one month after the intervention, quality of life and social communication questionnaires were completed by the patients. in addition to the usual care, the intervention group received the patient and family empowerment program during 8 sessions; spss version 21 software was also used to analyze the data.discussion: this study evaluated the effects of family and patient -centered empowerment program on the quality of social communication and the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer. the evidence provides a strategy for the implementation of the family and patient -centered empowerment program provided by the researcher, which may improve the quality of social communication and the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer.
