روابط بین حرفه‌ای و همکاری تیمی پرستاران در ایران (یک مطالعۀ مروری - نقلی)

مقدمه: روابط بین حرفه ای و همکاری تیمی، زمینه ساز ارائه مراقبت ایمن و باکیفیت و ارتقای جایگاه حرفۀ پرستاری می باشد که در ایران، مطالعات زیادی در این حیطه انجام شده است؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی وضعیت روابط حرفه ای و همکاری تیمی پرستاران در ایران انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع مروری - نقلی و با جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی مانند: sid، magiran, pubmed , google schola ، iran medex , irandoc و با کلیدواژه های «روابط بین حرفه ای»، «همکاری تیمی»، «پرستاری» و «ایران»، بدون محدودیت زمانی (تا فروردین 1402) انجام شد؛ پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود به مطالعه و ارزیابی مقالات با استفاده از چک لیست معتبر newcastle-ottawa ، 24 مقاله با متن کامل وارد پژوهش گردید.یافته ها: از 24 مقالۀ منتخب، 5 مقاله به زبان انگلیسی و 19 مقاله به زبان فارسی انتشار یافته بود که از این تعداد، 5 مقاله به روش کیفی و 19 مقاله به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده بود. نتایج نشان داد که در ایران، معیار روابط بین حرفه ای و همچنین همکاری تیمی پرستاران، در سطح متوسطی قرار دارد؛ از این روی روابط بین حرفه ای پرستاران و پزشکان، در وضعیت مطلوبی گزارش نشد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که در ایران، معیار روابط بین حرفه ای و همچنین همکاری تیمی پرستاران در سطح متوسطی قرار دارد.

inter-professional communication and team collaboration of nurses in iran (a review study)

introduction: interprofessional relations and team cooperation are the basis for providing safe and high-quality care and improving the status of the nursing profession. many studies have been conducted in this field in iran. therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the status of professional relations and team cooperation of nurses in iran.methods materials: the current research is of a descriptive-review type and by searching in databases such as: sid, magiran, pubmed, google schola, iran medex, irandoc and with keywords: interprofessional relations, team cooperation, nursing and iran  which were done without time limit (until april 1402); after applying the inclusion criteria and evaluating the articles using the newcastle-ottawa valid checklist, 24 articles with full text were included in the research.results: out of 24 selected articles, 5 articles were published in english and 19 articles were published in farsi, of which 5 articles were qualitative and 19 were descriptive-analytical. the results showed that in iran, the standard of interprofessional relations as well as team cooperation of nurses is at an average level; therefore, the inter-professional relations of nurses and doctors were not reported in a favorable condition.conclusion: the results showed that in iran, the standard of interprofessional relations and team cooperation of nurses is at an average level.
