بررسی ارتباط پریشانی اخلاقی، حساسیت معنوی و معنویت در محیط کار پرستاران: پروتکل مطالعهای مقطعی

مقدمه: پریشانی اخلاقی، حساسیت معنوی و معنویت در محیط کار، از جنبه‌های ضروری در عملکرد پرستاری هستند که می‌توانند به طور قابل ‌توجهی بر مراقبت از بیمار و بهزیستی پرستاران، تاثیر بگذارند. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی ارتباط پریشانی اخلاقی، حساسیت معنوی و معنویت در محیط کار  پرستاران انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع  توصیفی – تحلیلی بود که در سه بیمارستان فعال در شهرستان جهرم، واقع در جنوب استان فارس (فروردین ماه تا خرداد ماه 1403) انجام شد. جامعۀ پژوهش، دربرگیرندۀ تمام پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم بود که از طریق فراخوان عمومی، برای شرکت در طرح تحقیقاتی دعوت شدند. معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، شامل این موارد بود: داشتن حداقل مدرک لیسانس پرستاری؛ حداقل 6 ماه سابقۀ کار؛ تمایل به شرکت در پژوهش. از تعداد مورد بررسی،  120 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده، بر اساس جدول اعداد تصادفی انتخاب شدند.  سه پرسشنامه که حاوی پرسشنامۀ بازبینی شدۀ پریشانی اخلاقی همریک، حساسیت معنوی و معنویت محل کار پرستاران بود که توسط مشارکت کنندگان، تکمیل گردید و سپس داده های به دست آمده، توسط نرم افزار spss v.21 ، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.بحث: یافته های پژوهش حاضر، به درک بهتر تعامل پیچیدۀ بین پریشانی اخلاقی، حساسیت معنوی و معنویت در محیط کار برای پرستاران کمک می کند؛ همچنین بررسی کرد که چگونه بهزیستی معنوی و جهت گیری معنوی پرستاران ممکن است به عنوان یک منبع مقابله با پریشانی اخلاقی عمل کند.

investigation of spiritual and moral components in nurses and their work environment: cross-sectional protocol study

introduction: introduction: moral distress, spiritual sensitivity, and spirituality in the work environment are essential aspects of nursing practice that can significantly affect patient care and nurses’ well-being. the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between moral distress, spiritual sensitivity, and spirituality in nurses’ work environment.methods materials:the current research was descriptive-analytical and was conducted in three active hospitals in jahrom city, located in the south of fars province (from april to june 1403). the research community included all nurses working in jahrom university of medical sciences who were invited to participate in the research project through a public call. the inclusion criteria for the study included having at least a bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least 6 months of work experience, and willingness to participate in research. from the total number of participants, 120 people were selected using a simple random method based on a table of random numbers. participants completed three questionnaires on moral distress, spiritual sensitivity, and the spirituality of the nurses’ workplace. the obtained data were then analyzed using spss v.21 software.discussion: the findings of the current research help to better understand the complex interaction between moral distress, spiritual sensitivity, and spirituality in the work environment for nurses. it also explored how the spiritual well-being and spiritual orientation of nurses may act as a source of coping with moral distress.
