تبیین چالش های فرهنگی دانشجویان بعنوان حلقه مفقوده آموزش در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم: یک تحلیل محتوای کیفی

مقدمه: دانشگاه، یکی از مهم ترین محیط ها برای انتقال ارزش ها به نسل جوان است. توجه به همۀ چالش های دانشجویی تاثیر گذار در آموزش، امر مهمی می باشد؛ بنابراین ضروری است به موازات آموزش و پژوهش، بر فعالیت های فرهنگی در دانشگاه بیشتر پرداخته شود؛ چنانچه پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تبیین چالش های فرهنگی دانشجویان، در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم، انجام گرفت.روش کار: در این مطالعۀ کیفی، در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای قراردادی،10 مصاحبۀ فردی و یک مصاحبۀ گروهی (12نفر)  با دانشجویان کارشناسی و پزشکی، که از فعالین فرهنگی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بودند و حداقل 2 سال، سابقۀ حضور در دانشگاه را داشتند؛ به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انجام شد. داده ها از طریق مصاحبۀ عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته، جمع آوری شد. مصاحبه ها با استفاده از روش گرانهایم و لاندمن و با کمک نرم افزارmaxqda 10  ، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: 72/72%، مشارکت کنندگان زن بودند، که میانگین سن (1/18± 24/17) و فعالیت فرهنگی آن ها (0/67± 3/15) سال بود. 322 کد اولیه، که شامل نه زیر طبقه(موازی کاری، همزمانی رویدادها، برنامه ریزی ضعیف، حمایت ناکافی، تقدیر ناعادلانه، توجیه نبودن فعالین فرهنگی، بی تفاوتی دانشجویان، اطلاع رسانی نامناسب، مشارکت و حساسیت کم اساتید) و سه طبقۀ اصلی مرتبط با چالش ها (ساختاری، دانشجویان و اساتید) به دست آمد.نتیجه گیری: توجه به حلقۀ غایب سیاست گذاری و کلی نگری در توانمندسازی دانشجویان، بسیار حیاتی است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که در حوزه های مربوط به ساختار، دانشجو و استاد، چالش های فرهنگی هم وجود دارد؛ که باید مورد توجه برنامه ریزان کلان فرهنگی دانشگاه، قرار گیرد.

explaining the cultural challenges of students as the missing part of education in jahrom university of medical sciences: a qualitative content analysis

introduction:university is one of the most important environments for transferring values ​​to the young generation. it is important to pay attention to all student challenges affecting education; therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to cultural activities in the university along with education and research; as if the present study was conducted in jahrom university of medical sciences with the aim of explaining the cultural challenges of students.methods materials:this qualitative study, 10 individual interviews and one group interview (12 people) with undergraduate and medical students, who were among the cultural activists of the university of medical sciences and had at least 2 years of experience at the university, were conducted in jahrom university of medical sciences using the contractual content analysis approach. ; it was done by purposeful sampling. data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews. the interviews were analyzed using the granheim and lundman method and with the help of maxqda 10 software.results: 72.72% of participants were women, whose average age was (24.17±1.18) and their cultural activity was (3.15±0.67) years. 322 primary codes, which include nine subcategories (parallel work, simultaneity of events, poor planning, insufficient support, unfair recognition, lack of justification for cultural activists, indifference of students, inappropriate information, low participation and sensitivity of professors) and three main categories related to the challenges (structural, students and professors) were obtained.conclusion: it is very important to pay attention to the missing part of policy making and holistic view in empowering students. the results of the studty showed that there are cultural challenges in the fields related to the structure, students and professors that should be taken into consideration by the macro cultural planners of the university.
