بررسی سطح نگرش، رضایتمندی، اثربخشی و چالش‌های آموزش مجازی از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در پاندمی کووید19

مقدمه: با شروع شیوع ویروس کرونا در چین، مدارس و دانشگاه ها جهت جلوگیری از شیوع بیشتر این ویروس تعطیل شدند که آموزش مجازی، جایگزین آموزش حضوری گردید. استفاده از آموزش مجازی، به تنهایی با چالش هایی روبه رو بود که بر نگرش، رضایتمندی و اثربخشی آن تاثیر می گذاشت؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی نگرش، رضایتمندی، اثربخشی و چالش های آموزش مجازی، از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی، در پاندمی کووید 19، انجام شد.روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع مقطعی، با مشارکت 177 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی، انجام شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل: پرسشنامه های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سنجش نگرش، رضایتمندی و اثربخشی آموزش مجازی، بود. داده ها با نرم افزارspss نسخۀ 19، آزمون های آماری کروسکال والیس و من ویتنی، در سطح معناداری 0.05 تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: در این پژوهش، 126 نفر شرکت کنندۀ خانم (73.3%) با میانگین سنی 6.2± 22/ 27 تشکیل دادند. میانگین نمرۀ نگرش، رضایتمندی، اثربخشی و چالش های آموزش مجازی از دیدگاه دانشجویان، به ترتیب 34.3 ± 84.11؛ 21.5 ± 59.13؛ 75.5 ± 94.16 و 81.5 ± 37.25 بودند. بین میانگین نمرۀ نگرش، با رضایتمندی، اثربخشی و همچنین میانگین نمرۀ رضایمندی با اثربخشی آموزش مجازی، ارتباط آماری معناداری یافت شد.(0/05>p)نتیجه گیری: استفاده از آموزش مجازی، به عنوان شیوۀ آموزشی نوین، با چالش های زیادی روبه رو بوده است؛ آن گونه که با توجه به پایین بودن میزان اثربخشی آن می توان، با استحکام سازی زیرساخت ها، باعث ارتقای نگرش، رضایتمندی و اثربخشی آموزش مجازی شد.

examining the level of attitude, satisfaction, effectiveness and challenges of virtual education from the point of view of nursing and midwifery students of north khorasan university of medical sciences during the covid-19 pandemic

introduction:schools and universities in china were closed to prevent further spread of the virus as the coronavirus began to spread. and virtual education replaced face-to-face education. the use of virtual education alone faced challenges that affected its attitude, satisfaction and effectiveness. therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the attitude, satisfaction, effectiveness and challenges of virtual education from the perspective of nursing and midwifery students of north khorasan university of medical sciences during the covid-19 pandemic.methods materials:this cross-sectional research was conducted with the participation of 177 nursing and midwifery students of north khorasan university of medical sciences. the tools used included: demographic information questionnaires, measuring attitude, satisfaction and effectiveness of virtual education. data were analyzed with spss software version 19, kruskal-wallis and mann-whitney statistical tests at a significance level of 0.05.results: in this research, there were 126 female participants (73.3%) with an average age of 27.22±2.6. the average score of attitude, satisfaction, effectiveness and challenges of virtual education from the students’ point of view were respectively, 11.84 ± 3.34; 13.59 ± 5.21; 16.94 ± 5.75 and 25.37 ± 5.81. a statistically significant relationship was found between the average score of attitude with satisfaction, effectiveness, and also the average score of satisfaction with the effectiveness of virtual education. (p<0.05)conclusion:the use of virtual education, as a new educational method, has faced many challenges; considering the low level of its effectiveness, it is possible to improve the attitude, satisfaction and effectiveness of virtual education by strengthening the infrastructure.
