بررسی ارتباط بین هوش اخلاقی و نگرش نسبت به ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان آموزشی شهرستان دزفول ( 1400)

مقدمه: هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران، به واسطۀ ماهیت انسانی و اخلاقی شغل و حرفۀ آن ها از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هوش اخلاقی می‌تواند قاعده‌ای را برای عملکرد صحیح انسان‌ها فراهم آورد و به عنوان یک عامل پیش بینی‌کنندۀ رفتار محسوب می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین هوش اخلاقی و نگرش نسبت به ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان آموزشی شهرستان دزفول( 1400) بود.روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر، مقطعی بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل 200 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان آموزشی گنجویان دزفول (1400) بود، که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل: پرسشنامۀ مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل و پرسشنامۀ استاندارد نگرش ایمنی بیمار (saq) بود. داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار spss در سطح معناداری 0/05> p با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: از 200 نفر پرستار شرکت کننده 73 ،درصد زن و 27 درصد مرد بودند. میانگین هوش اخلاقی پرستاران مورد پژوهش 19 /24±/156/21 و میانگین نگرش پرستاران نسبت به ایمنی بیمار 15/53±107/05 بوده است. نتایح ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، نشان داد بین هوش اخلاقی و نگرش پرستاران نسبت به ایمنی بیمار، همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (p<0/001 r=0/43). نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد هوش اخلاقی در تبیین متغیر نگرش پرستاران نسبت به ایمنی بیماران (0/18 = r2) سهیم می باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: هوش اخلاقی، در پیش‌بینی نگرش پرستاران، نسبت به ایمنی بیماران نقش دارد. بنابراین، به نظر می‌رسد با افزایش هوش اخلاقی از طریق برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی می‌توان نگرش پرستاران نسبت به ایمنی بیماران را تقویت نمود.

investigating the relationship between moral intelligence and attitudes toward patient safety among nurses working in a teaching hospital of dezful in 2021

introduction: moral intelligence has special importance among nurses considering human and moral nature of their profession. moral intelligence can provide a framework for the proper functioning of human beings and is considered as a predictor of behavior. the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between moral intelligence and attitude toward patient safety among nurses working in dezful teaching hospital in 2021. materials and methods: this was a cross-sectional study. the statistical population included 200 nurses working in ganjavian teaching hospital of dezful in 2021 and participants were selected by convenience sampling method. data collection instruments included demographic characteristics questionnaire, lennick's & kiel's moral intelligence questionnaire and the safety attitude questionnaire (saq). data analysis was carried out using descriptive and analytical statistics (pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis in spss ver. 21 and p-value<0.05 was considered as the significance level. results: the results showed that, 73% of 200 nurses were female and 27% were male. the mean± sd of nurses' moral intelligence and attitude towards patient safety was 156.21±24.19 and 107.05±15.53, respectively. the results of pearson correlation coefficient showed a positive and significant correlation between all dimensions of moral intelligence and nurses' attitudes toward patient safety (r=0.431, p<0.0001). the results of regression test showed that moral intelligence plays a role in explaining the variable of nurses' attitudes toward patient safety (r2 = 0.185). conclusion: moral intelligence plays a role in predicting nurses 'attitudes toward patients' safety. therefore, it seems that nurses 'attitudes toward patients' safety can be improved by increasing moral intelligence through training workshops.
