رعایت شان بیماران بخش‌های اورژانس از دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران بر اساس پژوهش توصیفی

مقدمه: احترام به شان انسان یکی از اصول اخلاقی و وظیفه حرفه‌ای پرستار است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رعایت شان بیماران بخش‌های اورژانس مراکز آموزشی درمانی تبریز از دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران انجام شد. روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - مقطعی است؛ که از آذر تا بهمن (1399) و در 9 بیمارستان آموزشی شهر تبریز انجام شد. 100 پرستار و 165 بیمار از بخش های اورژانس به روش تصادفی در این مطالعه وارد شدند. از پرسشنامه‌های اطلاعات فردی اجتماعی، شان بیماران از دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران استفاده و نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 22 تحلیل شد. نتایج: 59 نفر (59%) از پرستاران و 92 نفر (55.7%) از بیماران زن بودند. میانگین کلی نمره رعایت شان بیماران از دیدگاه پرستاران 0.385 ± 2.266 و از دیدگاه بیماران 0.369 ± 1.916 بود (کمترین نمره صفر بیشترین نمره 3)، که هر دو نشان دهنده وضعیت مطلوب رعایت شان بیماران می‌باشد. برخلاف مطلوب بودن میزان رعایت شان بیماران از سوی پرستاران، بین دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت (0.05>p). نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد میزان رعایت شان بیماران از دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران در حد مطلوب است. بنابراین ضروری است که برای دوام این حالت و هر چه بهتر شدن رعایت شان و کرامت بیماران، پرستاران بخش‌های اورژانس مورد تشویق و حمایت بیشتر مسئولین قرار بگیرند تا بدین وسیله ابعاد ضعیف و کم رنگ تر رعایت شان بیمارترمیم گشته و نقاط قوت پایدار بمانند.

respecting the dignity of patients in emergency departments from the point of view of nurses and patients based on descriptive research

introduction: respecting human dignity is one of the moral principles and professional duty of a nurse. this research was conducted with the aim of determining the level of respect for the dignity of patients in the emergency departments of medical education centers in tabriz from the point of view of nurses and patients. materials and methods: this research is descriptive-cross-sectional; which was carried out from december to february (2019) in 9 teaching hospitals of tabriz city. 100 nurses and 165 patients from emergency departments were randomly included in this study. questionnaires of personal and social information, dignity of patients from the point of view of nurses and patients were used and the results were analyzed using spss 22 software. results: 59 (59%) nurses and 92 (55.7%) patients were females. the overall mean score of respect for patients' dignity from the nurses' point of view was 2.266 ± 0.385 and from the patients' point of view was 1.916±0.369 (the lowest score was 0 and the highest score was 3), both of which indicate the desired status of respect for patients' dignity. contrary to the desired level of respect for patients' dignity by nurses, there was a significant difference between the views of nurses and patients (p<0.05). conclusion: the results of this research showed that the level of respect for patients' dignity is optimal from the point of view of nurses and patients. therefore, it is necessary for the survival of this situation and for the better respect of the patients' dignity and dignity, the nurses of the emergency departments should be encouraged and supported by the authorities. in this way, the weak and dull aspects of respect for the patient's dignity will be improved and the strong points will remain stable.
