بررسی سطح تکامل اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده های پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان اردبیل ( 1396)

مقدمه: طی دوران تحصیل، دانشجویان باید به سطح مناسبی از تکامل اخلاقی رسیده و با شروع کار بالینی تصمیم‌های اخلاقی صحیحی اتخاذ نمایند. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین سطح تکامل اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری و عوامل موثر بر آن انجام شد.روش کار: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی در ( 1396 ) بر روی 188 دانشجوی پرستاری در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل انجام شد. نمونه گیری به روش در دسترس انجام گرفت. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه تکامل اخلاقی کلبرگ استفاده شد.این پرسشنامه شامل 6 سناریو با موضوع نوزاد با آنومالی‌های شدید، اجبار دارویی، تقاضای بالغین نسبت به مرگ، آشناسازی پرستار جدید، اشتباه دارویی و افراد بیمار در مراحل آخر بیماری می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss نسخه 18 و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی-تحلیلی، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: در این بررسی، 32 دانشجوی پرستار (17.02 %) درسطح پیش عرفی، 61 دانشجو پرستاری (32.44 %) در سطح عرفی،81 دانشجوی پرستاری (43.08 %) در سطح پس عرفی و 14 دانشجوی پرستاری (7.44 %) در سطح ملاحظه های بالینی قرار داشتند. همچنین میانگین نمرۀ تفکر اخلاقی شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه 5.54 ±42.55 ومیانگین نمرۀ ملاحظه های بالینی، 6.83 ± 20.3 بدست آمد.نتیجه گیری: تحقیق حاضر ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﻧﺼﻒ بیشتر داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن در ﺳﻄﺢ عرفی وپس عرفی ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ اما ﻫﻨﻮز ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ از آﻧﺎن در ﺳﻄﻮح ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺗﻜﺎﻣﻞ اﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ .اﻳﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﺴئوﻟﻴﻦ آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎری، ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ اﻣﺮ ﺗﺮﺑﻴﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﻲ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎری ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

Assessing the level of moral development of nursing students in nursing and midwifery schools of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences (2017)

Introduction:During the study period, students should achieve an appropriate level of moral development and make the right moral decisions by starting the clinical work. The aim of this study was done to determine the level of moral development of nursing students and the effective factors on it.Methods Materials:This descriptiveanalytical study was conducted in 2017 on 188 nursing students of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. Sampling was performed by convenience sampling method. The Kelberg Moral Evolution Questionnaire with 95% reliability, was used to collect data. This questionnaire includes 6 scenarios on the subject of infants with severe anomalies, drug coercion, adults #39; demand for death, introduction of a new nurse and the patients in the late stages of the disease. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 18 and descriptive and analytical statistical tests.Results:In this study, 32 nursing students (17.02%) were at the precustomary level, 61 nursing students (32.44%) at the customary level, 81 nursing students (43.08%) at the postcustomary level and 14 nursing students (7.44 %) were at the level of clinical considerations. Also, the mean score of moral thinking of the participants in the study was 42.55 ± 5.54 and the mean score of clinical considerations was 20.06 ± 3.83.Conclusion: The present study showed that despite the presence of more than half of the students were in customary and post customary levels, a considerable number of them were still at low levels of moral development. Therefore, nursing administrators should pay more attention to the moral education of nursing students.
