مقایسۀ تاثیر آموزش از طریق تلفن همراه و کارگاه آموزشی بر یادگیری تفسیر آزمایش گازهای خون شریانی در دانشجویان پرستاری علوم پزشکی ایرانشهر(1397)

مقدمه: آموزش پرستاری، در محیط نظری و بالینی با پیچیدگی‌هایی مواجه است. انتظار می‌رود با مساعد کردن زمینه و شرایط مناسب، دانشجویان پرستاری بتوانند دانش و مهارت لازم را برای حرفۀ آیندۀ شغلی خود کسب نمایند. استفاده از روش‌های جدید آموزشی، برای افزایش دانش و مهارت دانشجویان پرستاری در جهت ماندگاری آموزش توصیه می‌شود. از مباحث مهم آموزش پرستاران در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه، آشنایی با تفسیر نتایج آزمایش‌های گازهای خون شریانی است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف مقایسۀ آموزش از طریق کارگاه و تلفن همراه، بر میزان یادگیری تفسیر آزمایش گازهای خون شریانی در دانشجویان پرستاری ایرانشهر انجام شد.روش کار: این تحقیق نیمه تجربی، یک مداخلۀ آموزشی است که در جهت دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد ایرانشهر، در مقطع ترم سوم به تعداد 53 نفر کارگاه آموزشی برگزار شد و دانشجویان دانشکدۀ پرستاری به تعداد 30 نفر در ترم سوم از طریق تلفن همراه، پیامک و به اشتراک گذاری جزوۀ الکترونیکی، آموزش‌های لازم را دریافت کردند. پرسشنامۀ پژوهشگر ساخته، که روایی و پایایی آن در بررسی مورد تایید قرار گرفت، قبل و بعد از آموزش در هر دو گروه تکمیل شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با نرم افزار spss22 و آمار توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام گشت.یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه هر دو روش، با افزایش نمره همراه بود ولی در گروه با آموزش از طریق تلفن همراه، میانگین نمرۀ یادگیری دانشجویان (4.04 ±16.47) به طور معناداری نسبت به روش کارگاهی(8.1 ±13.42) بیشتر و این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نمایان بود( 05.0>p).نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه تلفن همراه، به راحتی در دسترس است و نیز به سبب ویژگی‌های خاص خود از جمله؛ تکنولوژی مخابره ای، در دسترس بودن و انعطاف‌پذیری زمانی و مکانی می‌تواند نقش قابل ملاحظه‌ای در امر آموزش ایفا نماید و از طرفی استفاده از این ابزار جهت اهداف آموزشی، قادر خواهد بود که تعداد بسیاری از فراگیران را تحت پوشش قرار دهد. پیشنهاد می‌شود به عنوان روش جایگزین یا مکمل آموزش‌های دیگر استفاده نمود.

The comparison of education via mobile phone and workshop on learning arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis in Iranshahr nursing students (2018)

Introduction:Nursing education faces theoretical and clinical complexities. By helping the appropriate field and conditions, nursing students can earn knowledge and skills for their future profession. Familiarity with the interpretation of arterial blood gas tests is one of the nurses #39; education requirements in Intensive Care Units. The use of new educational methods is recommended to increase the knowledge and skills of nursing students. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the training through workshop and mobile on the level of learning interpretation of arterial blood gas tests in nursing students of IranShahr.Methods Materials:This was a quasiexperimental, educational intervention study that compared two methods impact on learning to interpret the arterial blood gas test. A workshop was held for 53 students of Azad University and 30 students of the faculty of nursing in Iranshahr received the necessary training via, Emobile and electronic booklet sharing. The researcher made questionnaire was completed before and after training in both groups. Analysis of information were performed with SPSS 22, descriptive and analytical statistics. Results: In this study, both methods were associated with increased scores but in a group with, Emobile average student learning score (16.47 ±4.04) significantly was more than workshop (13.42 ±8.1) and that difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Considering that mobile phone is easily accessible and also causes its own characteristics, including transmission technology, availability, and time flexibility, and can play a significant role in training. The use of this tool for educational purposes can cover many learners. Also due to its special features such as telecommunication, flexibility of time and place can play a significant role in education. Today, Emobile are easily available, on the other hand, use this tool can cover a large number of learners .It is recommended as an alternative method or use other training supplements for educational purposes.
