ارائه مدل پیشنهادی دادن خبر بد به بیمار و خانواده بر اساس فرهنگ ایرانی –اسلامی: یک مطالعه هیبرید

مقدمه: خبر بد موجب ایجاد واکنش هیجانی شدید، رفتار یا احساسی ناخوشایند در شنونده شده و نوع نگاه وی به خود یا آینده اش را تغییر می دهد. با توجه به اهمیت چگونگی دادن خبر بد به بیمار و خانوادۀ وی و اثراتی که چگونگی انجام آن به جا می گذارد، این تحقیق در برگیرندۀ آن است که ضمن جمع‌ بندی بررسی های قبلی با انجام پژوهش های چند وجهی و ارائۀ راهکاری بر مبنای فرهنگ و دستورات دینی به مدلی جهت بیان کردن خبر بد به بیماران بر اساس فرهنگ ایرانی و مذهب اسلام دست یابد.روش کار: بررسی حاضر یک تحقیق هیبرید است که شامل: سه مرحلۀ نظری، کار در عرصه و تحلیل نهایی است.یافته ‌ها: بر اساس پژوهش انجام شده، فرآیند دادن خبر بد بر اساس الگوی اسلامی ایرانی با نام اختصاری »تات « به دست آمد که شامل سه مرحله می باشد: 1 مرحلۀ تشکیل تیم، آماده‌سازی و هماهنگی 2 مرحلۀ اطلاع رسانی 3 مرحلۀ تعالی، برنامه ‌ریزی برای آینده و پیگیری.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس این مدل، در اطلاع رسانی به بیماران، سطح و نگرش مذهبی آنها باید مد نظر قرار گیرد. از طرفی خود مصیبت و بیماری می تواند فرد را با هر پیشینۀ ایمانی مستعد دستیابی به تعالی سازد. بر اساس این تفکر، محیط های درمانی و مراقبتی باید تسهیلات لازم برای طی مسیر تعالی و استفاده از حمایت ها و مراقبت های معنوی بر اساس تمایل و نیاز بیماران و خانواده هایشان فراهم نمایند.

Propose a model for delivering bad news based on Iranian-Islamic culture: Hybrid study

Introduction:Bad news can cause a strong emotional and stressful response, unpleasant feeling or behavior, it can change their attitude towards themselves or their futures. Given the importance of how to tell bad news to a patient or his/her family and its consequent effects, this study includes summarizing previous literature by conducting multidimensional research along with providing a solution for expressing bad news to patients based on Islamic religion and Iranian culture to achieve a model for this issue.Methods and Materials:This study is a hybrid study with three stages: theoretical, field work and final analysis.Results: According to this study, a model for delivering bad news based on IslamicIranian culture had been developed, entitled ldquo;TAT rdquo;. This model consists of three stages: 1 Team formation, preparation, and coordination for delivering bad news; 2 Notification; 3 Transcending and planning for the future, and followup.Conclusion: According to this model, when notifying patients, their religious attitudes and faith should be considered. Although, hardships and illnesses can make people think of transcendence, regardless of their faith level. Hence, care settings should facilitate this process of transcendence and application of spiritual support and care for patients and their families based on their wants and needs.
