تبیین تجربه های بیماران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی بر اساس یک مطالعۀ تحلیل محتوا

مقدمه: بیماران، کلید آموزش سرپایی دانشجویان پزشکی در سراسر دنیا هستند و رضایت بیماران از خدمات دریافتی، سبب افزایش مشارکت بیمار و بهبودی روند آموزش بالینی دانشجویان می‌باشد. حضور دانشجویان نیز در کلینیک‌ها برای تقویت نقش آموزشی و اجتماعی آنان ضروری است. بنابراین هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تبیین تجربه‌های بیماران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه‌های آموزشی بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم، نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی بود.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک تحقیق، تحلیل محتوا می باشد. مشارکت کنندگان، شامل 11 بیمار مراجعه کننده به کلینیک هنری و امام رضا (ع) در جهرم بودند که نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند از اردیبهشت 97 تا خرداد 97 انجام و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار maxqda 10.0 انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: از این تحقیق2 تم اصلی (حقوق بیمار و حقوق دانشجویان در زمینه یادگیری)، 8 طبقه اصلی (حریم خصوصی، طرح انطباق با جنس مخالف، قومیت و فرهنگ، رضایتمندی، ضرورت یادگیری دانشجویان، توجه به ویژگی‌های جسمی و روانی بیمار، مزیت حضور دانشجویان در مطب پزشک، آگاهی قبلی بیمار از روند درمان) و 30 طبقۀ فرعی می باشد که از مجموع 104 واحد معنایی بدست آمد.نتیجه گیری: رعایت حقوق بیمار و دانشجو، دو اصل مهم در آموزش بالینی می باشد که لازم است از منظر اخلاقی و حقوقی به آن توجه خاص گردد. در واقع این موضوع به پایه‌گذاری و تثبیت گفتمان حضور دانشجو در کنار پزشک معالج کمک شایانی خواهد کرد. بنابراین حضور دانشجو اگر با رعایت موارد ذکر شده باشد؛ می‌توان به رضایت بیمار و دانشجو دست یافت.

Explaining the experiences of patients referred to the educational clinics of Jahrom University of Medical Sciences regarding the presence of medical students: A content analysis study

Introduction: Patients are the key to outpatient education of medical students around the world and patientschr( #39;39 #39;) satisfaction with the services received increases patient participation and improves the process of clinical education of students. The presence of students in clinics is also necessary to strengthen their educational and social role. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explain the experiences of patients referred to the teaching clinics of hospitals affiliated to Jahrom University of Medical Sciences in relation to the presence of medical studentsMethods: The present study is a content analysis study. Participants included 11 patients referred to the Art Clinic and the Imam Reza (AS) Clinic in Jahrom. Purposeful sampling was performed. The study was conducted from May 2018 to June 2018. Data analysis was performed using MAXQDA 10.0 softwareResults: From this study, 2 main themes (patient rights and students chr( #39;39 #39;)rights in the field of learning), 8 main categories (privacy, heterosexual adaptation plan, ethnicity and culture, satisfaction, studentschr( #39;39 #39;) learning needs, attention to the patientchr( #39;39 #39;)s physical and mental characteristics, The advantage of studentschr( #39;39 #39;) presence in the doctorchr( #39;39 #39;)s office is the patientchr( #39;39 #39;)s prior knowledge of the treatment process) and 30 subcategories, which was obtained from a total of 104 semantic unitsConclusion: Observance of patient and student rights are two important principles in clinical education that should be given special attention from a moral and legal perspective; this will help to establish and establish the discourse of the studentchr( #39;39 #39;)s presence with the treating physician. Therefore, the presence of the student can be achieved by satisfying the patient and the student if the mentioned items are observed.
