کاربرد تئوری مراقبت انسانی واتسون بر اضطراب و نا امیدی نوجوان دچار ترومای شکستگی و سوختگی دست: یک گزارش آموزشی

مقدمه: پاسخ بیمار به مشکلات مربوط به تروماها تحت تاثیر زمینه فرهنگی و معنوی فرد قرار دارد. این موضوع اهمیت مراقبت معنوی و انسانی را برجسته می‌کند؛ که پرستاران کمتر به آن توجه می‌کنند. تئوری مراقبت انسانی واتسون بیان می‌کند که وجود انسان نباید به عنوان شیء درمان و مراقبت شود و مراقبت یک ایده آل معنوی است که با درگیری ذهن، روح و جسم و اثربخش آن‌ها با یکدیگر همراه است. هدف از این گزارش موردی آموزشی به کارگیری مراقبت پرستاری بر اساس تئوری مراقبت انسانی بر اضطراب و ناامیدی نوجوان با ترومای شکستگی و سوختگی دست بود.روش کار: این مطالعه موردی مراقبت پرستاری بر اساس مدل مراقبت انسانی واتسون و فرآیند مراقبتی کاریتاس روی یک بیمار دچار ترومای سوختگی و شکستگی و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به روش کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بوده است.مراقبت مددجوی حاضر بر اساس مدل مراقبت انسانی واتسون در طی دو مرحله اول مصاحبه مبتنی بر مدل مراقبت انسانی واتسون با بیمار جهت شناسایی نیازهای مراقبتی و مرحله دوم ،اجرای مداخلات بر اساس طبقه بندی نیازها و مشکلات تعیین شده مبنی بر فاکتورهای مراقبتی ده گانه و فرآیندهای مراقبتی کاریتاس انجام شده است.گزارش مورد: این مطالعه گزارش یک مورد نوجوان 17 ساله دچار ترومای سوختگی درجه 3 و 2.5 در کف، انگشتان و مچ دست و از پنج ناحیه شکستگی کف دست و انگشتان سه و چهار است. مددجو در حین درمان دچار مشکل روانشناختی از قبیل حس بدبختی، تنهایی، بیچارگی می‌شود. در این مطالعه برای شناسایی و حل مشکل بیمار از تئوری مراقبت انسانی واتسون استفاده شده است؛ به طوری که مصاحبه‌های مراقبتی و آموزشی پیگیرانه بر اساس طبقه‌بندی نیازها و مشکلات روانشناختی تعیین شده بر اساس فاکتورهای مراقبتی ده گانه اجرا گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه کاربرد تئوری واتسون در وقایع دشوار و پر اضطراب را نشان داد., بهبود شرایط مورد نوجوان دچار ترومای دست را بر بر اساس ابراز بیمار به بهتر شدن احساسات در طی فرایند مصاحبه‌های مراقبتی ایجاد شد.

introduction:patient response to trauma problems is influenced by individualchr('39')s cultural and spiritual background. this highlights the importance of spiritual and human care; nurses pay less attention to it. watsonchr('39')s theory of human care states that human existence should not be treated as an object of care, and that care is a spiritual ideal that is intertwined with their mind, spirit, and body involved and effective.objective: the purpose of this case report is to apply nursing care based on the theory of human care on adolescent anxiety and hopelessness with fracture trauma and burns.methods and materials: this case study of nursing care was based on watsonchr('39')s human care model and caritas care process on a patient with burn trauma and fracture. data gathering method was qualitative method using semistructured interview. care of the client was performed according to watsonchr('39')s human care model in two phases: first phase. interview based on watsonchr('39')s human care model with the patient to identify care needs and problems second phase. implement interventions based on the classification of identified needs and problems based on the ten care factors and caritas care processes and receive feedback.case study: this study reports the case of a 17yearold adolescent with trauma of the 3rd and 2.5 th burns on the palms, fingers and wrists and from 5 fractures of the palms and fingers 3 and 4. having a psychological problem during treatment, such as misery, loneliness, misery. in this study, watsonchr('39')s theory of human care was used to identify and solve the patientchr('39')s problem, so that followup care and educational interviews were conducted based on the classification of needs and psychological problems based on ten care factors.conclusion: this study demonstrated the application of watsonchr('39')s theory in difficult and anxious events. the improvement in the condition of the adolescent with trauma was based on the patientchr('39')s expression of feelings of improvement during the care interview process.
