بررسی رابطه جهت‌گیری هدف و موفقیت تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان مامایی دانشگاه علوم‌ پزشکی یزد

مقدمه: جهت‌ گیری هدف یکی از عوامل موثر بر موفقیت تحصیلی است که رفتار تحصیلی را جهت می‌دهد و قادر به تبیین رابطه بین باورهای دانشجو درباره موفقیت تحصیلی و درگیر شدن و استمرار داشتن در انجام یک تکلیف یادگیری است.روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، ١٣٥ نفر از این دانشجویان مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد با استفاده از پرسشنامه هدفگرایی تحصیلی بوفارد مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. این پرسشنامه مشتمل بر ٢٠ سوال در سه بعد جهت‌گیری تسلط، عملکردی و اجتنابی بود. معدل دانشجویان ملاک موفقیت تحصیلی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با آزمون تی تست و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه انجام شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، میانگین و انحراف معیار جهت‌گیری تسلط 4.33±23.68، جهت‌گیری عملکردی .36 ±27.65 و جهت‌گیری اجتنابی 4.91±25.14 است. ارتباط معنی داری بین جهت‌گیری عملکردی و اجتنابی با موفقیت تحصیلی وجود دارد. همچنین بین سن(0.0001=p) ، وضعیت تاهل(0.001=p) و وضعیت اشتغال (0.02=p) نیز با انواع جهت‌گیری هدف ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: جهت‌گیری هدف اکثر دانشجویان از نوع عملکردی و سپس اجتنابی بوده و جهت‌گیری تسلط کمتر است، لذا با در نظر داشتن نقشی که جهت‌گیری هدف بر موفقیت تحصیلی دارد، می‌توان برنامه‌ریزی لازم جهت ایجاد نوع جهت‌گیری ارجح برای ایجاد یادگیری بهتر، موفقیت تحصیلی بیشتر و کسب توانمندی‌های لازم برای فعالیت در بالین پس از فارغ التحصیلی را متناسب با علاقه آن‌ها انجام داد.

relationship between goal orientations with academic achievement in midwifery students of yazd university of medical sciences

introduction: goal orientation is one of the factors influencing academic achievement and behavior. it can also explain the relationship between the university student rsquo;s beliefs about academic achievement, engagement, and continuity in performing a learning task.methods: in this descriptive crosssectional study, 135 midwifery students of shahid sadoughi university of medical sciences included .the data collection tool was the educational goal orientation questionnaire of buffard et al. along with 20 questions in three dimensions of mastery, functional, and avoidance orientation. the studentschr('39') average marks were the criterion for academic achievement. the data were analyzed using linear regression and oneway anova.results: based on the results of the study, the mean and standard deviation of the mastery orientation was23.68 ± 4.33, the functional orientation 27.65 ± 5.36, and the avoidance orientation was 25.14 ± 4.91. the total goal orientation score was 76.47 ± 12.73. the linear regression results showed a significant relationship between performance orientation and avoidance with academic achievement. according to oneway anova, there was a significant relationship between the age difference and the year of entering the university with different orientations. moreover, the results of independent ttest showed that there was a significant relationship between marital status and employment status with different orientations.conclusion: based on the results of the study, it is recommended to plan for the further academic achievement in accordance with their interest in order to improve the academic achievement of midwifery students, while identifying their orientation in early semesters of the university.
