چکیده
|
شیوع سریع بیماری کوید19 جهان را در شوک فروبرد. دانشگاهها تعطیل شد و اغلب فعالیت‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی به حال تعلیق درآمد. ساختارهای آموزشی دانشگاهها چه در بعد سخت‌افزاری و چه در بعد نرم‌افزاری خود را در معرض هجوم دیدند. ترس و اضطراب در ساختار مدیریت آموزشی در تمام جهان مشاهده گردید. لذا در چنین شرایطی بهترین اقدام تفکر است. تفکر برای پاسخ به سوالات اساسی چون نقش سیستم‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی در بحران‌ها چیست؟ نحوه عملکرد اعضای هیت علمی علوم پایه و بالینی در فازهای مختلف یک همه‌گیری چگونه باید باشد؟ از آنجا که همیشه پرسیدن سوال درست مهمترین اقدام جهت تغییر و ارتقاء سازمان ها می باشد، لذا در این نوشتار پرسش‌های اساسی بیان گردیده است.

Abstract
|
the rapid outbreak of covid19 has shocked the world. universities were closed, and most educational, and research activities were suspended. the educational structures of the universities were attacked in hardware and software dimensions. fear and anxiety were observed in the structure of educational management all over the world. therefore, in such a situation, the best action is to think. thinking to answer basic questions such as the role of education and research systems in disasters? how should faculty members perform in different phases of an epidemic? since always asking the right question is the most important action to change and improve organizations, so in this editorial, basic questions are stated.
