چکیده
|
این مقاله به بررسی نقش اعضای سازمان همکاری شانگهای به عنوان الگوهای نقش بالقوه در گذار و انتقال قدرت نظم آمریکایی میپردازد. سازمان همکاری شانگهای متشکل از چین، روسیه، هند، پاکستان و چندین کشور آسیای مرکزی به عنوان بازیگر مهمی در عرصه ژئوپلیتیک جهانی ظاهر شده است. از آنجایی که موازنه بینالمللی قدرت در حال تغییر است و ایالات متحده در حفظ نفوذ هژمونیک خود با چالشهایی مواجه است، بررسی مدلهای جایگزین برای انتقال قدرت بسیار مهم میشود. این مقاله با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از زمنابع کتابخانه ای به بررسی پتانسیل سازمان همکاری شانگهای به عنوان یک قدرت هنجاری که بر نظم آمریکایی از طریق ابتکارات فرهنگی و اجتماعی آن تاثیر میگذارد، میپردازد. این مقاله همچنین بررسی میکند که چگونه پویایی داخلی این کشورها بر رفتار خارجی آنها و دلایل حضور آنها در این سازمان مهم منطقهای موثر است و نقش این سازمان را بر پیامدهای بالقوه انتقال قدرت، را مورد بررسی قرار میدهد.

Abstract
|
this article examines the role of members of the shanghai cooperation organization as potential role models in the transition and power transfer of the american order. the shanghai cooperation organization consisting of china, russia, india, pakistan and several central asian countries has emerged as an important player in global geopolitics. since the international balance of power is changing and the united states is facing challenges in maintaining its hegemonic influence, it becomes very important to examine alternative models for power transfer. this article investigates the potential of the shanghai cooperation organization as a normative power that affects the american order through its cultural and social initiatives with a descriptive and analytical method and using library sources. this article also examines how the internal dynamics of these countries affect their foreign behavior and the reasons for their presence in this important regional organization, and examines the role of this organization on the potential consequences of power transfer.
