نقش فناوری بلاکچین در برقراری تعامل بین حقوق بین الملل و سیاست بین الملل

در عصر کنونی، فناوری‌های نوین به‌ویژه بلاکچین می‌توانند تحولات قابل توجهی در ابعاد اجتماعی،اقتصادی و سیاسی ایجاد کنند.پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش فناوری بلاکچین در برقراری تعامل میان حقوق بین‌الملل و سیاست بین‌الملل می‌پردازد.هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی و تحلیل کاربردهای بلاکچین در بهبود تعاملات میان نهادهای بین‌المللی، دولت‌ها و سازمان‌های غیر دولتی در زمینه‌های حقوق بشر،تجارت بین‌الملل و امنیت جهانی است.برای دستیابی به این اهداف، روش تحقیق توصیفی و تحلیلی اتخاذ شده است که شامل بررسی ادبیات موجود در زمینه بلاکچین و حقوق بین‌الملل و همچنین بررسی مطالعات موردی مرتبط می‌باشد.یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بلاکچین با ارائه شفافیت، امنیت و قابلیت ردیابی بالا، می‌تواند به کاهش نقوص‌ موجود در نظام حقوقی بین‌الملل یاری رساند و در عین حال،به تقویت روابط دیپلماتیک و اعتماد در سطح بین‌المللی منجر گردد. همچنین،چالش‌هایی همچون مسائل قانونی، فنی و اخلاقی که در مسیر پیاده‌سازی بلاکچین وجود دارد،مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد.نتیجه‌ پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که فناوری بلاکچین به‌عنوان یک ابزار نوآورانه می‌تواند به‌طور قابل توجهی به ارتقای تعامل میان حقوق بین‌الملل و سیاست بین‌الملل کمک نماید.براین اساس، سیاست‌گذاران و محققان بایدبه بررسی عمیق‌تر چالش‌های موجود در این زمینه بپردازند و راهکارهای مناسبی برای بهره‌برداری موثر از این فناوری نوین ارائه دهند.

the role of blockchain technology in the relationship between international law and international politics

in the current era, novel technologies, especially blockchain, have the potential to bring significant transformations across social, economic, and political dimensions.this thesis investigates the role of blockchain technologyin establishing interactions between international law and international politics.the main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the applications of blockchain in improvinginteractions among international bodies, governments, and non-governmental organizations concerning human rights, international trade, and global security.the central research question is how blockchain can effectively contribute to these interactions.to achieve these objectives, a qualitative and analytical researchmethod was employed, including an examination of existing literature on blockchain and international law, as well as relevant case studies.the findings indicate that blockchain, by providing transparency, security, and high traceability,can help reduce the deficiencies in international legal systems while simultaneously enhancing diplomatic relations and trust at the international level.furthermore, challenges such as legal, technical, and ethical issues inherent in implementing blockchain are also addressed.the conclusions drawn from this research demonstrate that blockchain technology can serve as an innovative tool significantly enhancing interactions between international law and international politics.accordingly, policymakers and researchers should delve deeper into the existing challenges in this field and propose effective strategies for making the most of this novel technology.
