جایگاه سیاست توسعه‌ی موشک بالستیک در راهبرد امنیتی مستقل ایران

راهبرد نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، همواره رکن اصلی تامین‌کننده‌ی امنیت ملی و تاثیرگذار بر امنیت منطقه‌ای غرب آسیا بوده است. بنابر اقتضائات داخلی، تحولات ناشی از جنگ تحمیلی، شرایط منطقه‌ای نظیر ورود قدرت‌های فرامنطقه‌ا‌ی، ائتلاف با دول منطقه و ادراک تهدید رهبران ایران، توسعه‌ی صنایع موشک‌ بالستیک و فناوری فضایی گزینه مناسب در جهت رفع ضعف‌های نظامی ناشی از تحریم و عقب‌ماندگی تکنولوژیکی نظامی ایران تشخیص داده شده است. سوال پژوهش فوق، بدین صورت است: جایگاه موشک بالستیک، در راهبرد امنیتی ایران چگونه ارزیابی می‌گردد؟ در فرضیه پژوهش، تاثیر بازدارنده موشکی بر تامین امنیت و حفظ قابلیت تهاجمی ایران در راستای اهداف منطقه‌ای، و پشتیبانی از ساختار مقاومت مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. تاثیرات مثبت از جهت تامین منافع و پرستیژ سیاسی، بیشینه‌سازی قدرت و نفوذ منطقه‌ای برای ایران به ارمغان آمده است. بازدارندگی پیوسته و حفظ امنیت مراکز استراتژیک، از نتایج کارکردی در ورای راهبرد امنیتی مستقل ملی است. چارچوب نظری پژوهش فوق، رئالیسم و نظریه بازدارندگی می‌باشد. روش به کارگیری اطلاعات تحلیلی و تبیینی است و از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مقالات در استخراج مطالب بهره‌گیری شده است.

the position of ballistic missile development policy in iran’s independent security strategy

the military strategy of the islamic republic of iran has consistently been a key pillar in ensuring national security and influencing regional security in west asia. due to internal exigencies, the developments stemming from the imposed war, regional conditions such as the presence of extra-regional powers, alliances with regional states, and the perception of threats by iranian leaders, the development of ballistic missile industries and space technology has been identified as a suitable option to address the military weaknesses caused by sanctions and iran’s technological military backwardness. the research question posed here is: how is the role of ballistic missiles evaluated within iran’s security strategy? in the research hypothesis, the missile deterrence capability is affirmed to contribute to securing iran’s defense and maintaining its offensive capabilities in line with regional objectives, as well as supporting the structure of resistance. positive effects, such as ensuring political prestige, maximizing regional power and influence, are highlighted. continuous deterrence and the protection of strategic centers are functional results beyond the scope of an independent strategy. the theoretical framework of this research is based on realism and deterrence theory. the methodology involves analytical and explanatory approaches, utilizing library sources and articles for content extraction.
