الزامات راهبردی تحقق فریضه جهاد تبیین

تغییر راهبرد دشمنان انقلاب اسلامی از جنگ سخت به جنگ نرم ، با بهره مندی از تاکتیک های تحریم و تحریف با هدف تسلیم ملت ایران در عرصه‌ی نبردِ اراده‌ها و جنگ روایت ‌ها ، ضرورت جهاد تبیین را بیش از پیش نشان می دهد. در این تحقیق هدف اصلی شناخت الزامات راهبردی تحقق فریضه جهاد تبیین است و سوال تحقیق عبارتست از این که الزامات راهبردی اثربخش در اجرایی شدن فریضه جهاد تبیین کدام‌اند؟ نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش انجام تحقیق توصیفی و موردی – زمینه ای است. نتایج بدست آمده بیانگر آن است که برای اجرایی شدن این فریضه باید در چهار سطح شناسایی و برآورد اولویت های تبیینی، سازماندهی ظرفیت ها و منابع، آموزش عناصر تبیین گر و طرح ریزی عملیاتی در اجرای راهبردها اقدام گردد.

the change of the strategy of the enemies of the islamic revolution from hard war to soft war, by benefiting from sanctions and distortion tactics with the aim of surrendering the iranian nation in the battle of wills and the war of narratives, shows the necessity of explanation jihad even more. in this research, the main goal is to know the strategic requirements for realizing the duty of explanation jihad, and the research question is, what are the effective strategic requirements in the implementation of the duty of explanation jihad? the type of applied research and the method of conducting descriptive and case-based research. the obtained results indicate that in order to implement this duty, it is necessary to identify and estimate explanatory priorities, organize capacities and resources, train explanatory elements and operational planning in the implementation of strategies at four levels.
