جنگ اقتصادی آمریکا علیه چین با تاکید بر نظریه سازه انگاری

بعد از فروپاشی شوروی جهان تک‌قطبی با هژمونیآمریکا با ظهور قدرت‌های نوظهور ازجمله چین موجب تقویت ایده تحول نظام بین‌المللی از تک‌قطبی به چندقطبی شده است. مسئله این پژوهش این است که علی‌رغم ادعای چین بر مسالمت‌آمیز بودن خیزش اقتصادی این کشور ولی محافل و سیاستمداران آمریکایی را اقناع نمی‌کند. از همین رو این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با اسناد کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری‌شده به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش برآمده است که دیدگاه‌ها و سیاست‌های آمریکا در قبال خیزش اقتصادی چین چیست؟ یافته پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که خیزش اقتصادی چین همراه با سیاست‌های اقتصادمحو بوده است.این سیاست ها شامل عضویت و ایجاد سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، طرح‌های بین‌المللی همچون احیای جاده ابریشم، سرمایه‌گذاری و وام‌دهی است. بر طبق تحلیل‌ها در چارچوب نظریه سازه‌انگاری باید گفت که ازنظر آمریکا خیزش مسالمت‌آمیز موجب رفع اتهام تهدید جدی این کشور به عنوان یک کشور تجدید نظر طلب نمی‌شود. دلیل نگرانی آمریکا عمدتاً از موقعیت هژمونیک آن در سیاست جهانی و ناسازگاری ایدئولوژیک چین با نظام ارزشی غرب ناشی می شود. برمبنای همین دیدگاه آمریکا اقناع شده است که باید در راستای مهار چین اقدامات عملی ازجمله آغاز جنگ تجاری، سد نفوذ اقتصادی و استفاده از اهرم‌های فشارهای غیراقتصادی را در پیش بگیرد.
