بررسی جایگاه هوش مصنوعی و راهبرد های به کارگیری آن در ایالات متحده امریکا

در مطالعه حاضر جایگاه هوش مصنوعی در راهبرد سیاست خارجی، میزان سرمایه‌‌گذاری و بکارگیری هوش مصنوعی در حوزه روابط بین‌‌الملل و جنگ‌‌های آینده ایالات متحده آمریکا در چارچوب نظریه بازی ها تحلیل شد . نوع تحقیق نظری – کاربردی است. جامعه آماری اساتید و متخصصین که درزمینه هوش مصنوعی و مطالعات آمریکا دارای با درجه دکتری تخصصی و فوق دکتری فعالیت دارند؛ بود که به ر وش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها علاوه بر مراجعه به کتاب ها و اسناد موجود، بهره گیری از ابزار پرسشنامه بسته در مقیاس لیکرت بود.داده ها در نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که ایالات متحده به دنبال بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی خود را یکی از اهداف اصلی توسعه هوش مصنوعی در نظر گرفته است.از طرفی ارتقاء ظرفیت‌‌های علمی و پژوهشی و نیز بهبود و توسعه زیرساخت‌‌های فنی و داده‌‌ای نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است ..به طور کل تمام استراتژی‌های ایالات متحده در هوش مصنوعی هفت مضمون: تامین مالی تحقیق و توسعه، مقررات گذاری وتنظیم‌گری و تدوین استانداردها، فرهنگ‌‌سازی، آموزش و مهارت‌‌آموزی، خدمات مشاوره‌ای و شتابدهی، شبکه‌سازی حمایت از همکاری و توسعه اکوسیستم، خرید دولتی و تحریک تقاضای بازار می‌باشند.

investigating the position of artificial intelligence and its application strategies in the united states of america

in the current study, the place of artificial intelligence in foreign policy strategy, the amount of investment and use of artificial intelligence in the field of international relations and future wars of the united states of america were analyzed in the framework of game theory. the type of research is theoretical-applied. the statistical community of professors and experts who are active in the field of artificial intelligence and american studies with specialized doctorate and postdoctoral degrees; they were selected by snowball sampling. in addition to referring to existing books and documents, the tool for data collection was using a closed questionnaire on a likert scale.the data was analyzed in spss software.the obtained results show that the united states, seeking to improve its economic situation, has considered one of the main goals of artificial intelligence development. on the other hand, the improvement of scientific and research capacities as well as the improvement and development of technical and data infrastructures have also been considered.overall, all us strategies in artificial intelligence have seven themes:financing of research and development, regulation and regulation and development of standards, culture building, training, consulting services, networking, support for cooperation and ecosystem and stimulation of market demand.
