بررسی تاثیر ویژگی های کمیته حسابرسی بر رابطه بین ارتباطات سیاسی و هزینه سرمایه در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

پژوهش حاضرجهت بررسی تاثیر ویژگی‌های کمیته حسابرسی بر رابطه بین ارتباطات سیاسی و هزینه سرمایه در شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران انجام شده است. به منظور تخمین مدل رگرسیون چند متغیره پژوهش برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها، مدل مزبور‌ با استفاده از داده‌های ترکیبی 150 شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نیز از نرم افزار آماری eviews-9 استفاده گردیده است. در این پژوهش اطلاعات صورت‌های مالی تعداد 1050 شرکت (سال- شرکت) یعنی 150 شرکت طی 7 سال که بر اساس نمونه گیری حذف سیستماتیک انتخاب شدند تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. برای برآورد الگوهای رگرسیون خطی از روش حداقل مربعات معمولی و از آماره آزمون t برای آزمون معنادار بودن ضرایب معادله رگرسیون و در نهایت از آماره آزمون فیشر برای تعیین معنادار بودن معادله استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد ارتباطات سیاسی بر هزینه سرمایه شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان می‌دهد اندازه کمیته حسابرسی و استقلال کمیته حسابرسی بر رابطه مثبت بین ارتباطات سیاسی و هزینه بدهی شرکت‌ها تاثیر کاهشی معناداری دارند

investigating the effect of audit committee characteristics on the relationship between political connections and cost of capital in companies listed on the tehran stock exchange

the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of audit committee characteristics on the relationship between political connections and cost of capital in companies listed on the tehran stock exchange. the research model uses the combined data of 150 companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange and eviews-9 statistical software is used for statistical analysis. in this research, the financial statement information of 1050 companies (year-company), i.e. 150 companies over 7 years, which were selected and analyzed based on systematic elimination sampling. to estimate the linear regression models, ordinary least squares method and t-test statistic were used to test the significance of the coefficients of the regression equation, and finally, fisher’s test statistic was used to determine the significance of the equation. the results of the research hypotheses test show that political connections have a positive effect on the cost of capital of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange, and the size of the audit committee and the independence of the audit committee have a significant decreasing effect on the positive relationship between political connections and the cost of debt of companies.
