تاثیر ایدئولوژی بر استراتژی گروه‌های تروریستی در مبارزه با آمریکا؛ مطالعه موردی القاعده

هدف این مقاله بررسی ایدئولوژی گروه تروریستی القاعده و تاثیر آن بر استراتژی این گروه در مبارزه با آمریکاست. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که ایدئولوژی‌های القاعده چه تاثیری بر استراتژی‌هایش در مبارزه با آمریکا دارد؟ در بررسی مختصری از ادبیات موجود آشکار می‌شود که تعداد اندکی از آن‌ها به بررسی ایدئولوژی‌ها و استراتژی‌های گروه تروریستی پرداخته و بیشتر مطالبی که در این زمینه نگاشته شده در مورد ریشه‌های ترور، انگیزه‌های تروریست‌ها، و واکنش ضد تروریستی است. ایدئولوژی القاعده در نوع خود عمیقاً بین المللی است و تلاش می‌کند درگیری‌های منطقه‌ای و محلی را در قالب وسیع‌تری چون جنگ علیه مرتدین و کفّار قرار دهد. استراتژی القاعده به صورت منطقی از ایدئولوژی آن نشات می‌گیرد در این میان اصلی‌ترین اولویت‌های استراتژیک القاعده بسیج مسلمانان برای یک جهاد جهانی علیه غرب و سرنگون کردن رژیم‌های مرتد به خصوص عربستان صعودی، مصر و پاکستان از اهداف اصلی به شمار می‌رود.

The Impact of Ideology on the Strategy of Terrorist Groups in the Fight Against America; A Case Study of Al-Qaeda

The purpose of this article is to examine the ideology of the alQaeda terrorist group and its impact on its strategy to combat the US. The main question of this article is how will alQaeda’s ideologies influence its strategies to fight the US? A brief review of the existing literature reveals that a few have explored the ideologies and strategies of the terrorist group and much of the literature on the origins of terror, terrorist motivations, and counterterrorism responses. AlQaeda’s ideology is deeply international in its kind and seeks to frame regional and local conflicts in a broader context such as the war against apostates and infidels. AlQaeda’s strategy stems from its ideology, with AlQaeda’s top strategic priorities mobilizing Muslims for a global jihad against the West and overthrowing apostate regimes, especially Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Pakistan.
