راهبردهای مبتنی بر قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقابله با قدرت هوشمند ایالات متحده آمریکا

ایالات ‌متحده ‌آمریکا در سال‌های اخیر با اعمال فشارهای مضاعف به ‌بهانه وجود شائبه ‌در برنامه هسته‌ای ایران، تحریم‌های بی ‌سابقه‌ای را علیه جمهوری ‌اسلامی اعمال کرده است. علاوه بر این، به‌کمک دستگاه‌های تبلیغاتی خود تلاش کرده تا افکار عمومی جهان را نسبت به‌ایران حساس کرده و چهره‌ای جنگ‌ طلب از کشور در ذهن جهانیان تصویر کند. به ‌نظر می‌رسد راه برون‌ رفت از فضای فعلی و خنثی کردن راهبردهای سیاسی و دیپلماتیک ایالات ‌متحده، بهره‌گیری از مولفه‌های مولد قدرت نرم جمهوری ‌اسلامی است. در این راستا می‌توان از «دیپلماسی عمومی» به‌ مثابه ‌ابزار قدرت نرم جمهوری ‌اسلامی جهت «تصویر سازی» مثبت و حقیقی در افکار عمومی جهان بهره برد. به عقیده برخی از نظریه پردازان تنها راه مهار ایران از طریق قدرت نرم آمریکا است که هزینه کمتر و نتیجه بهتر و سریع‌تر می‌دهد. دولت آمریکا در طول تجربه‌خود از عملکرد و ماهیت عقیدتی و فرهنگی نظام جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران، به‌این نکته مهم وقوف پیدا کرده است که ماهیت، چیستی، توان و قدرت ایران، بیش از هر چیز معطوف به‌توانمندهای نرم، فرهنگی و ارزشی است. به‌همین جهت این کشور در کنار رویکرد تحریم، تهدید و فشارهای اقتصادی و سیاسی خود به مقابله نرم روی آورده و در پی تضعیف پایه‌های اعتقادی نظام جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران به‌عنوان یک راهبرد کلیدی برآمده است.

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s Soft Power Strategies to Combat US Smart Power

In recent years, the United States has imposed unprecedented sanctions on the Islamic Republic by exerting additional pressure on Iran’s nuclear program. In addition, through its propaganda agencies, it has tried to make the world’s public opinion sensitive to Iran and portray a warlike image of the country in the minds of the world. The way out of the current atmosphere and thwart US political and diplomatic strategies seems to be to take advantage of the Islamic Republic’s soft powergenerating components. In this regard, public diplomacy can be used as a tool of the Islamic Republic’s soft power to positively and truly portray public opinion in the world. Some theorists believe that the only way to contain Iran through US soft power is to pay less and get better and faster results. Throughout its experience of the ideological and cultural nature and function of the Islamic Republic of Iran system, the US government has realized that the essence, nature, power and power of Iran is primarily focused on soft, cultural, and value abilities. For this reason, along with its approach to sanctions, threats and economic and political pressures, the country has taken a soft tack and has sought to weaken the Islamic Republic of Iran’s belief system as a key strategy.
