فرصت‌های سیاسی و تاثیر آن در وقوع بحران‌های امنیتی بر پایه نظریه ساختار فرصت سیاسی مک آدام

نظریه جنبش اجتماعی به مدد تعامل و برهم‌کنش سه حوزه کارکردی آن، یعنی فرصت‌های سیاسی، ساختارهای بسیج کننده و چارچوب‌ها، قادر است پویش‌های پیچیده و سیالی را که یک کشور در مقام بحران‌های اجتماعی امنیتی به‌واسطه آن به فعالیت می‌پردازد، مطمع نظر قرار دهد حال پرسش مقاله حاضر بر این است که فرصت‌های سیاسی چه نقشی در بحران‌های امنیتی ایفا می‌نماید. فرض خود را بر این استوار ساخته که فرصت سیاسی از طریق سرمایه‌گذاری بر ثبات یا بی‌ثباتی در بین مجموعه نخبگان، باز بودن نسبی یا انسداد سیستم حکومتی، ظرفیت یا تمایل طبیعی دولت به سرکوب و وجود یا فقدان نخبگان متحد بر وقوع یا کنترل بحران‌های امنیتی تاثیرگذار هست. لذا مقاله حاضر کوشش می‌کند تا با بازخوانی ابعاد و مولفه‌های کلیدی نظریه ساختار فرصت سیاسی و شناخت قابلیت‌های نظری آن، میزان مفید بودن و کارآمدی و موثر بودن فرصت‌های سیاسی در وقوع بحران‌های امنیتی را به نمایش بگذارد و نتابج حاصله حاکیست دو بعد ثبات یا بی ثباتی در بین مجموعه گستره نخبگان و بازبودن نسبی یا انسداد سیستم حکومتی نسبت به دوبعد دیگر و چهار مولفه شکاف‌های قومی، مذهبی و نژادی؛ همگرایی بین نخبگان، میزان مشارکت فعال آحاد جامعه و رسانه‌ها در بین بیست مولفه مورد بررسی تاثیر بیشتری بر وقوع بحران‌های امنیتی نسبت به سایر ابعاد و مولفه دارند.
