واکنش آمریکا و اروپا نسبت به سیاست های روسیه در شرق اروپا

با قرار گرفتن در شرایط پس از جنگ سرد و اهداف نهایی ناتو برای افزایش آمادگی برای مقابله با تهدیدات احتمالی از جانب مسکو، ناتو رویکرد خصمانه را با افزایش و استقرار نظامیان خود در شرق اروپا در پیش گرفت که این حرکت عاملی در تغییر نگرش مسکو در دکترین‌های امنیت ملی خود درخصوص ناتو قلمداد شده است. مسکو ناتو را صرفاً متشکل از کشورهای وابسته به آمریکا می داند، برای این منظور به بررسی واکنش های اروپا به سیاست های روسیه در شرق شامل زمینه سازی برای وارد کردن اعضای جدید به اتحادیه، اقدامات اروپا در جهت همگام سازی و تحریم‌های اتحادیه اروپا علیه روسیه و همچنین به تحلیل واکنش های آمریکا به سیاست های روسیه در شرق شامل استقرار سپر دفاع موشکی و گسترش ناتو به شرق، خروج از پیمان استارت و نوسازی سلاح های اتمی، انقلاب های رنگی و تقابل استراتژیک و امنیتی آمریکا و روسیه در شرق اروپا پرداخته شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی واکنش آمریکا و اروپا نسبت به سیاست های روسیه در شرق اروپا می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش، توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و گردآوری مطالب، به صورت کتابخانه ای، مجلات، مقالات و نشریات اینترنتی در این زمینه انجام شده است.

US and European reaction to Russia’s policies in Eastern Europe

In the aftermath of the Cold War and NATO’s ultimate goal of increasing its readiness to respond to potential threats from Moscow, NATO took a hostile approach by increasing and deploying its troops in Eastern Europe, a move that changed Moscow’s attitude towards Its national security doctrines are considered to be NATO. Moscow considers NATO to be merely composed of USaffiliated countries, for this purposeEurope’s reactions to Russia’s policies in the East include paving the way for new members to join the bloc, European integration measures and EU sanctions against Russia, as well as analyzing US reactions to Russia’s policies in the East. East includes the deployment of a missile defense shield and NATO expansion eastward, the withdrawal from the START treaty and the modernization of nuclear weapons, the color revolutions, and the strategic and security confrontation between the United States and Russia in Eastern Europe. The purpose of this study is to examine the reaction of the United States and Europe to Russia’s policies in Eastern Europe. The present research is descriptiveanalytical in terms of method and the collection of materials has been done in the form of libraries, magazines, articles and online publications in this field.
