اقتصاد سیاسی بین المللی از نگاه فقهی مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی)

در این مقاله، ابتدا به بررسی مفهوم اقتصاد سیاسی بین المللی و سابقه شکل گیری آن و مبانی نظری موجود در خصوص آن و همچنین نگاه کلی اسلام به اقتصاد پرداخته شد و در ادامه، نگاه فقهی مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی) به مقوله اقتصاد سیاسی بین المللی در قالب دو دسته بندی مبانی و اصول فقهی بررسی شد. منظور از مبانی، بنیان‌ها و اصول کلی برگرفته شده از منابع فقهی است که فرا رشته‌ای بوده و خاص رشته اقتصاد سیاسی بین المللی نیست و منظور از اصول، سیاست‌های مرتبط با این رشته می‌باشد که در عین برخورداری از درجه‌ای از ثبات، امکان تغییر بر اساس شرایط و مقتضیات زمان را دارا می‌باشد. در بررسی مبانی فقهی اقتصاد سیاسی بین المللی از نگاه مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی)، مبانی خدا محوری، غیب باوری، اسلام محوری، معنویت محوری، ولایت محوری، اخلاق محوری، عدالت محوری و ظلم ستیزی استخراج شد و در بررسی اصول فقهی اقتصاد سیاسی بین المللی، 13 اصل شامل اقتصاد مقاومتی، آزادی اقتصادی، انفاق اقتصادی، نظارت و مراقبت دولت اسلامی بر فعالیت‌های اقتصادی برای جلوگیری از بغی و ستم، اقتصاد عامل اعتلای سیاسی در نظام بین الملل، رفاه عمومی و عدالت اقتصادی، مبارزه با فساد مالی و اقتصادی، همکاری اقتصادی در میان کشورهای اسلامی، خصوصی سازی اقتصاد، افزایش ثروت ملی و عدالت اجتماعی، رد استعمار ملت‌ها، خود اتکایی و نفی سلطه کفار بر مسلمین و استقلال دولت اسلامی استخراج شد.
