استراتژی قدرت‌های بزرگ در قبال انرژی خلیج فارس

منطقه خلیج فارس به دلیل ذخایر عظیم انرژی آن و موقعیت ژئوپلتیکش به مهم‌ترین منطقه جهان تبدیل شده است. بنابر یک راهبرد بین المللی که قدرت جهانی را در اختیار کسانی می‌داند که بر منابع و خطوط انرژی تسلط داشته باشند، قدرت‌های فرامنطقه ای برای بسط سلطه خود بر این منطقه در حال رقابت هستند. این رقابت از امپراتوری بریتانیا آغاز شد و امروز نیز توسط قدرت‌هایی چون آمریکا، اروپا، روسیه، چین، هند، پاکستان و ترکیه ادامه دارد. با توجه به ضرورت ایجاد توازن میان نفوذ قدرت‌های بزرگ در منطقه و تداوم خط مشی مستقل از سوی ایران، نیاز به نوعی سیاستگذاری خاص در زمینه انرژی بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی وضعیت بازار نفت و جایگاه نفت حوزه خلیج فارس، امنیت انرژی و سیاست قدرت‌های بزرگ می‌پردازد.

The strategy of the great powers towards the energy of the Persian Gulf

The Persian Gulf region has become the most important region in the world due to its huge energy reserves and geopolitical position. According to an international strategy that places global power in the hands of those who dominate energy resources and lines, supraregional powers are competing to expand their dominance over the region. The rivalry began in the British Empire and continues today with powers such as the United States, Europe, Russia, China, India, Pakistan and Turkey. Given the need to strike a balance between the influence of major powers in the region and the continuation of an independent policy by Iran, the need for a special policy in the field of energy is felt more than ever. The present study examines the situation of the oil market and the position of the oil in the Persian Gulf, energy security and the policies of the great powers.
