الزامات امنیت منطقه‌ای و استراتژی امنیتی ایران در خاورمیانه

امنیتی سازی یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی کشورهای منطقه خاورمیانه است نظر به اهمیت امنیت در ساختار نظام بین الملل منطقه خاورمیانه را باید یکی از مناطقی دانست که رویکردهای امنیتی در آن از اهمیت قابل ملاحظه‌ای برخوردار است. بسیاری از تهدیدات امنیتی ریشه در منطقه دارد کشورهای منطقه به این تهدیدات دامن می‌زنند و از سوی دیگر به دلیل ویژگی‌های ژئوپلتیک و منابع سرشار نفت در خاورمیانه قدرتهای منطقه‌ای نقش چشمگیر و موثری در بروز تهدیدات امنیتی دارند. از جمله شاکله این پژوهش طرح نظریه مجموعه امنیتی منطقه‌ای بوزان است که خاورمیانه از جمله مناطقی است که این نظریه بر آن صدق می‌کند. همجواری، هویت مشترک، شباهت‌ها و تضادها، نیازهای اقتصادی و پیوندهای فرهنگی و قومی از جمله متغییرهای مجموعه امنیتی منطقه‌ای هستند. ایجاد امنیت منطقه‌ای مستلزم ساختاری مشارکت جویانه که بر پایه اعتماد سازی است از این رو استراتژی امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای دستیابی به امنیت در چارچوب تعامل سازنده با کشورهای منطقه امکان پذیر خواهد بود که این امر نیازمند تهدید زدایی و غیر امنیتی کردن استراتژی امنیتی ایران در منطقه تبلور خواهد یافت.
