ژئوتروریسم و گفتمان ضد تروریسم ایالات متحده آمریکا در نظم هزاره جدید

در فضای پسا جنگ سرد، الگوی ژئوپلیتیک و عملی مقامات سیاسی و امنیتی آمریکا بر این مبنا تدوین شد که نباید فضای لازم برای ظهور تهدیدات بالقوه فراهم شود. به همین جهت گفتمان سازی ژئوپلتیکی به عنوان ابزار اصلی در سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده آمریکا نمود واقعی به خود گرفت و آمریکایی ها «اسلام سیاسی» را به عنوان نماد تروریسم معرفی نمودند. در این راستا گفتمان سازی ژئوپلیتیکی آمریکا با فعال سازی استراتژی جنگ پیش دستانه برای تحقق منافع ژئوپلیتیک یعنی مداخله گرایی، مبارزه با تروریسم، یکجانبه گرایی و منازعه ایدئولوژیک اجرایی شد که می توان از آن با عنوان راهبرد ژئوتروریسم نام برد. به عبارت بهتر، قالب های معنایی و گفتمانی جدیدی بعد از جنگ سرد توسط ایالات متحده جهت دشمن سازی و دگرسازی صورت گرفت که این مسئله به ظاهر مبارزه با خشونت و تروریسم را در سرلوحه برنامه های ژئوپلیتیک جهانی این کشور قرار داد. لذا سوال اصلی این پژوهش عبارت از این است که میان ژئوتروریسم و گفتمان مبارزه با تروریسم امریکا در نظم پسا جنگ سرد چه ارتباطی وجود دارد؟ فرضیه پژوهش عبارت از این است که: «ژئوتروریسم بستر گفتمان سازی و مبنای سیاست راهبردی آمریکا در فضای پساجنگ سرد است که از طریق آن به مبارزه با تروریسم بنیادگرا و دشمن تمدن غرب(اسلام)، به عنوان دگر ایدئولوژیک خود پس از سقوط شوروی پرداخته است و از طریق آن در پی تحقق مطالبات استراتژیک خود بویژه در منطقه غرب آسیا بوده است.»

Geoterrorism and the US Counterterrorism Discourse in the New Millennium Order

In the postCold War space, the geopolitical and practical model of US political and security officials has been formulated that there should be no room for the emergence of potential threats. Therefore, geopolitical discourse as a major tool in US foreign policy has become a reality, and Americans have labeled political Islam as a symbol of terrorism. In this regard, US geopolitical discourse was implemented by activating a preemptive war strategy to realize geopolitical interests: interventionism, counterterrorism, unilateralism, and ideological conflict, which can be referred to as geoterrorism strategy. . To put it another way, new postCold War semantic and discourse forms were introduced by the United States to antagonize and alienate them, which apparently put the fight against violence and terrorism at the forefront of its global geopolitical agenda. So the main question of this study is what is the relationship between geoterrorism and the US counterterrorism discourse in the postCold War order? The research hypothesis is that: Geoterrorism is the bedrock of the discourse and the basis of US strategic policy in the postCold War space through which it fights against fundamentalist terrorism and the enemy of Western civilization (Islam) as its ideological counterpart after the fall of the Soviet Union. It has sought to fulfill its strategic demands, especially in the West Asian region.
