فهم استراتژی دریایی دولت ترامپ در خلیج فارس: مشارکت یا واگذاری مسئولیت؟

با توجه به اهمیت حیاتی خلیج فارس در بحث انرژی جهان، قدرت های بزرگ همواره نسبت به حفظ ثبات در این منطقه حساس بوده اند. بعد از خروج انگلیس از خلیج فارس در سال 1971 ایالات متحده این نقش را برعهده گرفته است. نقشی که برای ایالات متحده هزینه زا نیز بوده است. با روی کار آمدن دونالد ترامپ و انتقادات وی از حضور نظامی در منطقه، این سوال پیش می آید که استراتژی دریایی جدید آمریکا در خلیج فارس چه مولفه هایی دارد؟ به نظر می رسد استراتژی نظامی - دریایی آمریکا در خلیج فارس با توجه به اسناد راهبردی دولت ترامپ و علی رغم انتقادات وی، مبتنی بر مشارکت عمیق و حضور گسترده در خلیج فارس می باشد و هدف آن تضمین جریان آزاد انرژی و ناتوان سازی قدرت دریایی ایران در انسداد تنگه هرمز (مهار ایران) است. در این پژوهش از روش کتابخانه ای برای گرداوری داده ها و از روش توصیفی تحلیلی برای تبیین داده ها استفاده شده است.

Understanding the Trump Administration’s Maritime Strategy in the Gulf: Participation or assignment of responsibility?

Given the vital importance of the Persian Gulf in discussing world energy, the great powers have always been sensitive to maintaining stability in the region. The United States assumed this role after the British left the Persian Gulf in 1971. A role that has also been costly for the United States. With Donald Trump and his criticism of the military presence in the region, the question arises as to what constitutes the new US naval strategy in the Persian Gulf? The US Navy’s militarynaval strategy in the Gulf seems to be based on deepseated participation and a widespread presence in the Persian Gulf, in line with the Trump administration’s strategic documents and despite its criticisms, aimed at ensuring a free and flowing energy flow. Iran’s maritime power building is in blockage of the Strait of Hormuz (containment of Iran).
