ارزیابی جایگاه ایران در دکترین اوراسیاگرایی پوتین (2020- 2012)

ایران و روسیه دو کشور مهمی هستند که به جبر استراتژیک همسایگی در طول تاریخ، روابط پرفراز و نشیبی را پشت سرگذرانده اند. این روابط تحت تاثیر متغیرهای متعدد و مختلفی از جمله پیشینه تاریخی مداخلات روسیه در امور داخلی ایران، نوع تعامل ایران و روسیه با غرب، عملگرایی روسی و نقش ایدئولوژی در روابط خارجی ایران، ارتقا یا افول سطح قدرت و نفوذ ایران و روسیه در منطقه و در نظام بین الملل و... سبب شده است که تعاملات دو کشور با پیچیدگی و قبض و بسط پیگیری شود. در این میان، از دیدگاه برخی تحلیلگران، بعد از قدرت یابی پوتین به عنوان رئیس‌جمهور روسیه، روابط دو کشور تحت تاثیر دکترین اوراسیاگرایی پوتین و تغییرات معادله قدرت در منطقه آسیای جنوب غربی، در زمینه‌های امنیتی نظامی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی ارتقا یافته است. این پژوهش به دنبال آزمون این دیدگاه، بر اساس این سوال است که تحت تاثیر چه عواملی و در چه سطحی، افزایش جایگاه ایران در دکترین اوراسیاگرایی پوتین در بازه این زمانی (2012 تا 2020) محقق شده است؟ یافته‌های این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی صورت گرفته نشان می‌دهد که متغیرهایی مانند تلاش روسیه برای نظم سازی و نهادسازی سیاسی اقتصادی در منطقه اوراسیا و مقابله با اهداف هژمونیک آمریکا در منطقه و افزایش قدرت راهبردی ایران پس از تحولات سیاسی اجتماعی آسیای جنوب غربی، موجب ارتقای محسوس جایگاه ایران در دکترین اوراسیاگرایی پوتین شده است.

Assessing Iran’s Position in Putin’s Eurasian Doctrine (2012 2020)

Iran and Russia are two important countries that have historically been in contiguous neighborhood relations, over and over. These relations are influenced by many different variables including the historical background of Russian interventions in Iranian internal affairs, the type of IranRussia interaction with the West, Russian pragmatism and the role of ideology in Iranian foreign relations, the promotion or decline of IranRussia power and influence in the region. And in the international system and ... it has led to the pursuit of the two countries’ interactions with sophistication, billing and expansion. Meanwhile, according to some analysts, since Putin’s power as Russian president, relations between the two countries under the influence of Putin’s Eurasian doctrine and changes in the power equation in the Southwest Asian region have improved in military, economic and cultural security. This research seeks to test this view on the question of what factors and at what level did Iran’s rise in Putin’s Eurasian doctrine come to pass during this period (2012 to 2020)? The findings of this descriptiveanalytic study show that variables such as Russia’s attempt to regulate and politicoeconomic institutionalization in the Eurasian region and counteract US hegemonic goals in the region and increase Iran’s strategic power after South Asian political and social developments The West has sharply promoted Iran’s position in Putin’s Eurasian doctrine
