پژوهشی در اوضاع اجتماعی مذهبی خراسان در قرن نهم هجری بر مبنای کتاب «نصایح شاهرخی»

نصایح شاهرخی، از تالیفات جلال قائنی، در زمرۀ متونی است که با عنوان اندرزنامه از آنها یاد می‌شود. مولف کتاب، که خود فقیه و واعظی برجسته در هرات قرن نهم بوده، این کتاب را به شاهرخ تیموری تقدیم کرده و در آن ضمن اندرز و نصیحت به سلطان وقت، آگاهی‌های دست اولی از پاره‌ای ویژگی‌های اجتماعی مذهبی زمان خود ارائه کرده است. دو موضوع مهم در این اثر، که مقالۀ حاضر به آن می پردازد، عبارتند از: مشکلات مربوط به انواع مختلف مالیات تحمیل‌شده بر مردم و ظلم و تعدی محصلان مالیاتی حکومت تیموریان؛ و دیگری، تکاپوهای مذهبی گروه‌های مختلف، خصوصاً اسماعیلیه در زادگاه مولف، یعنی منطقۀ قهستان.

The Nasāyehe Shahrukhi , one of Jalāl Qā’eni’s works, is amongst the texts referred to as Andarznāma (literally, Book of Advice [generally known as Mirrors for Princes] ) The author was both a religious scholar (faqih)and a prominent preacher.  Dedicated to the Timurid Shāhrukh, the book, besides some counsel and advice to the king, presents firsthand knowledge about certain religious and social features of the author’s time. The two significant subjects mentioned by Qā’eni, which are addressed in the present study are as follows:  first, problems related to the taxes levied on the people and the injustice and violations committed by taxcollectors under the Timurid rule; and second, the religious investigations of various groups, especially the Ismailis, in the author’s birthplace, that is, Qohistān.
